Overall terrible experience. I had my worst dentistry experience here: - zero effort made to do a good cleaning job. If you hurriedly floss and clean my teeth in 5 mins then move on and it actually felt better when I brush my teeth then Im in the wrong place. - when the ulterior motive is to force & coerce me to get some unnecessary procedure just to get more cash out of me... That is theft. - non existent customer service, with ridiculously long waiting time. On my 1st visit, I told them what I wanted done but they quickly went off tangent recommending all sorts of cash guzzling treatments that I could benefit from. The greed was so much I was sent (unattended) to go decide on what treatments Im paying for; with total disregard for my primary need on the day in anticipation of getting more money from me. My real angst is how everyone in the practice looks at you as weird when you decline their offers. I dont appreciate someone trying really hard to scare & coerce me with a doomsday message for my teeth just to dig deep into my pocket, especially not when my previous dentists commend me on my good oral hygiene... This is clearly a foul practise!

On 7/27 I had deep cleaning with doctor Dharmani and she did excellent job for me. Now that I have no dental insurance from my work, I have now medicare for senior, I was thinking of going back to my dentist because they offer the same rate as doctor Dharmani but I thought I want to give a try to a different dentist. I am glad I did because Dr. Dharmani, cleaned my teeth really well. I had deep clean every couple of years before and compare to all the dentists that I went, she was one of the best dentist that I had. After polishing , they rinsed my mouth with anti bacterial that I never had tried before. My mount felt very clean when I left the office. I will definitely go back again for another deep cleaning. !!

I love Dr. Dharmani and her staff. They take great care of me and my family, my brother and his family too! Her staff in specific, Thuy (dental hygienist), and Janet (Front office manager) treat you like family, and exceed my expectations. Dr. Dharmani has such a welcoming vibe, and she makes you feel at home in her office. She has great communication skills, and always wants whats best for me and my family when it comes to dental care. Ive been with them (my family and my brothers too) for over 10 years now and we feel lucky to have found them.

Ive been a patient here for about 7 years and have always been treated well. Lately Ive had several appointments with Ruby Multani and she really has a magic touch. Besides being very personable shes very professional and has always completed my dental work pain free, quickly, and with consummate skill. I consider her a real find and for the first time in my life actually enjoy going to the dentist!

Dr. Dharmani is great. Her office staff is always friendly and very helpful. She is very timely, when your appointment time rolls around, you are already in a chair and she is there. You are never left sitting out in the waiting room 10 minutes after your appointment time. But the best part is that the dental care you receive is excellent and there is never any pain.

I took my three kids there, including my toddler. It was his first time ever being to the dentist, and not only did they make him feel comfortable, but they treated him like a person and not just a paycheck. He didnt even cry while they checked and sealed his teeth so he wont get any cavities.

I went there to clean my teeth, the dentist asked her assistant to polish my teeth first, and the assistant polished my teeth with the paste all over my face, finally the dentist came over, but only took her 8 minutes to finish cleaning. This is the worst dental cleaning I have ever had.

As a different perspective from the previous poster - I have been going to Dr. Dharmani for awhile now - and her hygienist is the best individual who has ever cleaned my teeth. Dr. Dharmani handles more of the cavities - but her hygienist is the best I have come across.

My experience with Dentists in the East Bay Area was lousy until I found Dr. Nisha Dharmani and her Team of Hygienists, Dental Assistants and Administrators, all working professionally and with full dedication to their patients. I highly recommend her.
