Unpleasant experience - dont go here! I visited this office three times. The first was for a routine check-up and cleaning, the second was actual dental work, and the third was a consultation. Every visit was a bad experience. The office staff is unhelpful and rude. They dont acknowledge you when you walk-in or approach the counter (even if theyre not doing anything-some lady was just on her phone, and another time was singing along to the radio), and in each conversation they had a condescending tone. On that 2nd visit, the tech almost started work on the wrong tooth, and when i said something, she didnt believe me. The third visit is the one that told me to never return here. As mentioned, it was for a consultation, which was to have a root canal re-treatment (a tooth that previously had a root canal done and needed it again). They quoted just over $1000 for this treatment, which is covered by my insurance. While explaining the costs, they said they werent going to bill through my insurance because "it would probably be about the same cost anyway". Sounded fishy to me, and the whole conversation came across as very "used-car-salesman". It didnt seem right. So I called my insurance - they quoted about $200. That prompted me to go to another dentist who has great, friendly, and helpful staff, AND did the work per the cost quoted by my insurance. Do yourself a favor - GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

I have had quite a bit of work done here, over the last year. Mercury filling replacements, crown replacement, fillings, and now Invisaligns. So far Ive had no problem. All the work that has been done feels very natural, so Ive never had to go back to fix something. They are also very considerate of your comfort while in the chair. Their hours are a bit limited because they are just getting established in this area, but I think its worth it because there are few dentist in the area that accept Blue Shield and they do great work.

My wife and I recently switched to Pannu Dental in Dublin. Thumbs up on their professional work. Dr. Patel helped filling two of my teeth which have been painful periodically (more frequent lately and were not fixable at previous dental place). After getting three temporary crowns (caps), I had problems with them and each time I dropped by the office and was quickly treated. Evelyn is one of the dental assistants there and she did a great job fixing my cap problems. I am glad we have selected Pannu Dental at Dublin.

Horrible customer service....Receptionist doesnt know how to talk to the customer and believe me if Pannu Dental Care dont find someone who knows how to talk to customers,they will end up loosing their business as I am planning to switch to the other dental care just because of receptionist who is totally unprofessional and doesnt know how to take care of patients. No matter, how good Dr. is but when you call, schedule an appointment etc you deal with the receptionist.

Dr. Amishi Patel is a good doctor but I see she is the only one taking care of all the patients in dublin location. Sometimes she is bit hurry mode and tries to do things quickly so i would suggest to take the most earlier appointment available. The receptionist go through your dental insurance and then and there they will tell you how much is your payment. Not sure if they are doing it right ! Overall it a good experience and try to get an early appointment.

My experience at Pannu Dental in Dublin was outstanding. Dr. Sidhu was exceptional in all aspects. She is very caring, patient and professional. She knew what she was talking about and took her time to explain what is going on with my teeth. The staff was friendly and pleasant. The office was clean.

Very unprofessional. I have been trying to request an appointment by phone. I could not get anyone to talk to so I made a request my e-mail. I received an e-mail stating 8:00am appointment and the office does not even open til 9:00am. Do not waste your time with this company.

Dr Pannu and his crew are very friendly, helpful and professional throughout my invisilign as well as implant experience. I kept delaying my implant for many years but Thanks to Dr Pannu I put my first implant and cant wait to start on the second one.

Dr Pannu did an amazing job..got my invisalign and front chipped-off tooth fixed, results were great, I would defeneatly recommend my friends and family to see Dr Pannu...
