Our Family experience and the Real DNA for New Day Dental, in Pleasanton, CA. We are one of the oldest patients of Dr. Wishart, before he sold the practice. Fast forward now, 25 years old Dentistry Equipment (x-ray and other Equipment), Dr Kenneth Wishart sold the practice to Dr. Richard Evangelista, he puts Dr Ayman to upsell to each patient Crowns, MouthGuard, Teeth cleaning and Cash for dentures. He disappears (Dr Ayman) and Dr. Evangelista steps in to recoup his investment. What does he do...Start recommending Crowns. Yes Crowns to 20+years old and push everybody for mouth guard. You have the old mouth guard; buy the new one, which is better and nicer…Heavy sales tactics in the Dental office…I know he is recouping his investment but please do the right thing. Crowns and dentures, which can be made in the dental offices in 2 hours, are outsourced to San Jose lab for 2 weeks turn around. Anytime they push you to buy something, you should ask, do I really need it, should I take the second opinion, even if the insurance company is paying? If you are unhappy, complain to your insurer. In case of Delta Dental, go to their website under grievances.

Ive never been especially fond of going to the dentist. Having been a patient of Dr Wisharts for years and years (with a dabbling of less enjoyable experiences elsewhere) I came to appreciate that I was probably not going to find a more comfortable dental experience. New day dental has clearly prioritized making a trip to Dentist the as painless as possible. I have received high quality care from numerous members of the new day dental staff over the years. While I will miss Dr. Wishart (who retired this year) I have been very pleased to find that Dr. Defont is as thorough and gentile as I had come to expect in my experience here. I do believe its worth disclosing that Im receiving a toothbrush to incentivize me to post a review. While do not regularly write online reviews, I actually would recommend New Day Dental to those closest to me based on over a decades personal experience.

I have been going to New Day Dental for many, many years and continue to get excellent service. All the staff members are friendly and very customer focused. They help make going to the dentist a more pleasurable experience. I totally trust Dr. DeFont as my new dentist. I never feel rushed during my visits with him. He takes the time to explain procedures to me, and patiently answers any questions I have. I appreciate his attention to detail, and feel totally confident in his ability and expertise as a dentist. He is approachable, knowledgable and cares about his patients. I highly recommend New Day Dental.

I have been going to New Day Dental for many years now. I actually enjoy going there because everyone that works there is so fun and friendly. I especially liked this visit because the new hygienist was so gentle yet very thorough. I normally fight the tools out of my mouth but not this time. I also love how they text you a few days prior to your appointment as a friendly reminder.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Wishart for years and we love him and his staff. Dr. Wishart is gentle, professional and very informative. With my elderly mother and uncle, both with dementia, Dr. Wishart became a real partner in their care in helping to determine the best course of action for the dental health. Hes the best dentist Ive ever had!

New Day Dental is amazing! I used to hate going to the dentist, but at New Day Dental, its a pleasant experience. I know that Im getting excellent care, and the staff and doctors are so friendly. Very clean and classy facilities as well. I would highly recommend visiting New Day Dental!
