Ill admit the dentist can be a scary place for most people. Its hard to find a really good dentist who is able to do the right thing without making you do an unnecessary procedure. If your looking for that then you have the wrong place because you wont find that here at Persimmon Dental office. Dr. Charles T. Giang is very knowledgeable and takes pride in what he does. You can see how he really cares for his patients. I came to see Dr. Charles after I was told I needed a root cannel by another dentist (I needed a second opinion). My tooth had been hurting for so long and I couldnt bare it anymore. The other dentist just seemed as though he wasnt looking out for my best interest. But Dr. Charles was able to identify that it was my wisdom tooth that needed to be extracted. Within a few minutes he had extracted my wisdom tooth (no pain!). I was really impressed because I didnt have that experience my first time when I had my other two taken out many years ago by another dentist. His staff is extremely friendly and go above any beyond as well. Lida is my favorite, I love her personality so I especially like to go on days when shes there! I have finally found the dentist I had been looking for and I always look forward to my appointments because the dentist isnt a scary place anymore! :)

If you want your dentist to just get you in and get you out quickly, this may not be the place for you. If you are looking for the best and most conscientious possible care for your teeth, then Persimmon Dental should be at the top of your list. The Persimmon Dental Group is recent to me, but Dr. Mike is not. Ive been going to him for about 15 years now, and he has always delivered great care with a very gentle touch. Additionally, his commitment to perfection means that I KNOW I will not be leaving without a perfect finish to the experience, which will include the procedure itself and some follow-up suggestions for care after the treatment. Additionally, the diagnostic equipment and the assistants at the office are top-notch, further reinforcing the notion that this organization is FULLY committed to the highest level of care, from staying current on the latest diagnostic and imaging technologies to the best possible staffing. On a daily basis, I am responsible for taking good care of my teeth and gums. On a macro level, I am happy to let Persimmon Dental take good care of them - and they do it well.

After 15 years of avoiding the dentist due to a horrible experience. With great hesitation and anxiety I chose to visit Persimmon Dental Care. Dr.Giang was aware of my anxiety and immediately put me at ease by being upfront with me about the steps needed to repair the damage that had been done over time. My first procedure was a root canal and being 100% honest it wasnt bad. Dr.Giang is gentle, patient, thorough and honest. His assistant is probably the most pleasant and sweet person (she held my hand :-) ) Ive ever met and the office staff is very welcoming. Thank you Persimmon Dental Care for changing my perception and my smile.

Dr. Giang is probably the best dentist Ive ever had in my entire life. He is extremely friendly and personable. Every experience at his practice has been positive. I get excited when Adrienne calls me to schedule an appointment, and who gets excited to go to the dentist?! Everyone that works here is amazing, their customer service is what makes them the best. You really feel like they care about you and take an interest. It isnt a cut and dry, transactional visit; they all take the time to really get to know you and make each visit better than the last.

Dr. Michael Tancio, has been my dentist since 2003 @ the previous dental group he worked at. You go east or west, hes simply the best! In my opinion, hes sort of a mouth whisperer. Hell find the problems, you might not even know - which are might bother you, in a near future. When it comes to treating your teeth, hes really a gentleman. Great experience! The staff made me feel very comfortable and welcomed, and the office was new with top-notch equipment. They even had tvs above the chairs so youre not bored while theyre cleaning or doing dental work.
