What a joke of a place this is my first time doing a real review we had a appointment at 3:00 pm and we came at 2:30 and waited until 3 and then. It became 3:30 a lot of people started to go in during that time and we started wondering why we werent getting called then we had to go up ourselves and ask why is it taking so long? Then they started saying theres a lot of people and we have to reschedule you guys. My mom convinced them to let us in and than they did then after 20 minutes more we finally were able to go inside the room and consolidate about my teeth the person that did my teeth and the price was very well mannered he was white and old and I have no. Idea why a person like him would work for these kind of people horrible we talked about my teeth and we said thank you we came out they told us to wait and fill out payments (co pay) then we asked where is the lady they all said idk like what kind of business is this? Never go here even if its the last place on earth ridiculous if the person that looked at my teeth reads this (old man) thank you for being professional compared to the clowns you work with you deserve better DO NOT GO HERE WHAT A JOKE

OMG this was the really worst dentist I have ever seen, at first they asked me, my ensurence id, then according to my ensurence policy I have co payment which I paid and then they asked me for 100$ cash to take off my teeth, which I really dont know that the government s aware of it or no. But I paid since I was in a really bad pain. Toothache. My appointment was at 1:00 pm but I waited for 2 hours to get in and takeof my teeth. The most worst and awful they had no equipment while taking off my teeth. My recommendation to u guys s that never go there, even if the pain kills u because ur toothache will kill u one time but they kill u 4 times.

Ive been a patient here for 13 years and I can honestly say that Im very satisfied with all the work Ive had done. What I love most about this place is that it provided me with all the major services I needed. Unlike other offices that tend to refer you to specialist for the most difficult cases. This office does it all and the best part is they have the best prices in the area. The doctors here are all very friendly and work with such expertise that leaves you satisfied with the work that they do. So I give this place five stars . Thank you hi tech dental for my beautiful smile I now have thanks to your wonderful service and care.

DO NOT COME HERE. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The customer service is horrible and the staff are not honest. They were denying me service that my insurance (Denti Cal) told me by phone was included in my plan (this was white fillings on the molars) and by force I had to get silver ones. This place is a fraud. They are so stubborn and rude. Do not WASTE your time coming here and go to places who actually care.

They do not care about you, your teeth. They just care money. They asked you that they will do for you and your insurance will pay for it. Then later they ask you to pay more copay again. Later they add them up more problems to need to fix it then asking you pay more. Very be careful about this when you come to this place. The implant dentist is very unprofessional. The manager or owner is not honest. The staff is rude.
