Weve been customers of theirs for over 8 yrs, bringing our 3 dogs in for treatment, vaccines, etc. We have shoveled out LOTS of money with this place, only to be met with rude, condescending customer service from the front desk staff, one in particular. Not to mention the over-inflated prices that just seem to get higher and higher, as we continued going there. After our last crappy experience, we finally left for good. We are disappointed, because we really liked two of their vets, but the lack of customer service skills by the staff and the extremely high prices, arent worth it. Weve moved on to another vet in town and are very happy with them. And on a side note, I went to access my pet records for our new vet with ACCs on line pet portal and ACC has since deleted my account? Really? arent these MY pets records? Talk about sore losers...

Ive taken my 13 year-old Boston Terrier to Animal Care Clinic for his entire life. I have only great things to say about the care hes received from all the vets, primarily Dr. Tao and most recently Dr. Greenberg, who saved him from a sudden onset of congestive heart failure. Likewise the busy front office staff have been efficient and caring, helping me out with quick med refills, appointment scheduling and follow-up phone calls. Ive never felt pressured into expensive procedures, and costs have been explained upfront. As for humans, quality animal health care isnt cheap but in talking with fellow pet owners, Ive found rates at Animal Care Clinic in line with other practices in the area. Highly recommended.

This place is great. We have two dogs, and struck out at three different vets in the area before coming here. We dont ask for much, just good service mostly. This place has very friendly and knowledgeable staff, a well kept facility, and fair prices. Not much more you can ask for. Cant recommend enough!

I have four pets two dogs and two cats. I have had all my pets visiting this clinic from time to time. This is ongoing for at least seven years. I have always has great treatment from knowledgeabl Vets. You can depend on their service and medical knowledge

They are great. Usually on time, super nice to my dog...even though she usually fear pees on their floor. And apparently one of their veterinarians is ranked the best on the Central Coast.
