The staff answering the phone and dealing with customers has no knowledge of fish let alone of the clinic she works for. Couldnt tell me anything about pricing or what to expect or on average what customers with fish that have a swim bladder infection generally pay, except "its whatever the dr feels". So I wont be going there nor would I ever refer anyone to go there either.

We had to take our very sick bearded dragon to the vet, and Dr. Conn was great. He knew about certain conditions and signs of pain in beardies that other vets had not recognized, and was very up front about our dragons quality of life. We ended up having to put our dragon to sleep, but Dr. Conn and the staff were very honest and supportive.

I had to take my two rats here when they were sick. Unfortunately, they werent open since a doctor wasnt available on my second visit. However, the attention to my rat and the follow up with their health was the personal touch that made this visit special.
