Dr. Demetrakopulos did a terrible job fixing my daughters cavities. Both were done poorly and had to be fixed by another dentist, I have xrays to prove it. Also, after having it done my daughters jaw and tooth hurt for over a week, yet didnt hurt at all when the other dentist fixed them. I do not recommend this office. She only paid for one of the cavities to be fixed and she didnt pay for it all since now the cavity was larger and cost more than what we paid her. On top of that, a lady named Jen in her office hung up on me when I was telling her how unhappy I was and was arguing with me saying she did not do a terrible job and she does great work. If that was true than why did she still have a cavity and why do her xrays show she did a poor job and why was she in pain for so long. What a joke. Also, they would never get back to me unless I called them. Super rude hanging up on people!! And when I had a mouthguard done I had to have it done twice because the first one wasnt done correctly.

Wow! The best dental experiences I have ever had. From the moment you walk in the door, you sense this is no ordinary dental office. Pleasant staff greets you by name, assures you it will be just moments until you are seen (and they are right!) and makes sure you are relaxed and comfortable. Staff operate in sync with each other, as a finely-tuned team. Dr. Pauline is not only an expert in her field, providing outstanding treatment and care, she has a "bedside manner" bar none. You feel as though youre the client being seen. Perhaps the best way to sum up what I think of Dr. Pauline and her staff is with this question and response: "Who likes going to the dentist?" Until now, I would have confidently replied: "No one". Not anymore. Book an appointment. Youre in for a real treat.

Dr. Pauline is wonderful! She exhibits professionalism as well as compassion with her patients. Dr. Paulines goal is pain- free dentistry which she accomplished with my visits as well as members of my family. The atmosphere exhibited in her office is one of caring and helpfulness. Connie,Tierra and Jen ,especially, answer any questions I have pertaining to my visit. As a patient, I feel like part of the family for which I am grateful.

I have been a patient of Dr. Paulines for 4 years. She is by far the BEST dentist i have ever been to. I had my wisdom teeth removed by her and i did not have any pain, and healed so fast. i had a root canal done and was very nervous from the stories ive heard from my friends about how painful it is, dr p did such a good job i didnt feel a thing, not even the shot. The staff is awesome, very personable. Highly recommend this office.

All filings and crown work done by her needed to be re-done within a year. She is more a business person than a Doctor, buying up other local practices so that she has a monopoly on the local dental business. She is very fond of recommending unnecessary "cosmetic" dentistry which leads to higher bills. Often her work was not covered by any insurance, but talks up this work as being vital.

By far the best dentist Ive ever had. I have severe dental and needle anxiety. Dr Pauline honors her word when she says "pain free dentistry". When I started to feel something in the tooth she was working on, she immediately stopped and added more Novocaine, no questions asked! The staff and assistants are so warm and welcoming they make you feel right at home!
