I have been seeing Dr. Miller for several years and am so excited that his new office is so close to my house! There are so many stereotypes about the dentist, and Dr. Miller and team blow them all out of the water. The experience offered by Valley Dental Works is unlike any other dental experience I have had. The staff is proactive before the appointment, ensuring you have all the necessary forms to complete prior to arrival - this speeds the checkin process. The physical space is warm and inviting, much like sitting in a friends living room (they even have coffee and water!). The treatment area is very comfortable and breaks the "sterile medical office" wall completely down. The hygiene staff is efficient and makes the entire cleaning process comfortable. Probably the best asset is the proactive approach to care. They ask what you are happy with and what you would like to change. Asking these questions allows the team to customize a plan for you that ensures you leave with not only a happy, but beautiful smile. I highly recommend the entire team at Valley Dental Works. Dr. Miller is fantastic at making the entire dental process a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. In fact, I cant wait for my next appointment.

Ive had many issues with my teeth over the years and have been to many different dental offices. Upon walking into valley dental works, I was blown away with how warm and friendly the staff was, even while on the phone. The lobby itself is very calming, the colors and decor are relaxing . The water and coffee are a great touch. The office staff handled all my paperwork easily and even worked with my insurance and questioned them when they thought they were wrong. Dr. Miller himself was a great dentist. I understand he has hundreds of patients, but made me feel like I was his only one. Took his time with my issue and constantly made sure I was not in pain. When it was time to make a decision on what path I would take fixing my teeth, he not only gave me one option but 4. Explained each option with the pros and cons. I appreciate that. I like choices. I dont think anyone looks forward to going to the dentist, but I definitely wont mind going to my follow up appointment next month.

My first visit with Dr. Stafford was over ten years ago when a friend referred me to him for a broken tooth. A few years later, new insurance coverage required dental care from "in plan" practices, none of which could come close to providing the quality care and professional service I had received at Dr. Staffords practice. No longer restricted by insurance, I returned last week - yippee! Malena, the Office Coordinator at Valley Dental Works, is a gem. She was efficient, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. She went above and beyond answering my questions and providing appointment options. As for Dr. Stafford, his dental work is extraordinary. The color, feel, bite and appearance of my restorations are perfect. I am thrilled to be a patient once again and despite my upcoming relocation to Lacey, Washington, I will continue visiting their office for all my dental care. I give them the highest recommendation.

I was blown away not only by the modern decor of the office as I walked in, but the staff knew who I was and had everything ready for my check in. The best part was that I was greeted by Dr. Miller when I was waiting in the lobby and he apologized for the short wait (less than 2 min) and I was still seen 10 min before my scheduled appt time. The staff was incredible and treated me professionally and were still personable. All of my concerns were addressed and I was able to leave excited to come back. Thank you Dr. Miller and your incredible team for a great experience.

Valley Dental is top notch. They have a professional and family friendly office environment and they have taken great care of my entire family for both regular cleanings and dental work. The office is clean, and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. My kids love going to the dentist because the staff is so friendly and they really do take their time making sure everyone is comfortable. I would definitely recommend Valley Dental to anyone looking for expert dental work in a clean and professional space. Keep up the good work Valley Dental!

I was very impressed by Dr. Miller and his staff at Valley Dental Works. I had my regular cleaning appointment with Dawn who was very gentle and friendly. I will definitely be going to her again! They also found that I had a cracked filling from a previous dental office and Dr. Miller was able to fit me in later that same week with a 7am appointment so I didnt have to miss work. Great hours, great location and the entire staff was very pleasant. I would recommend to everyone!

It was the greatest day today at Dr. Millers. I needed to replace a crown and they were able to make the crown in their office in 10 minutes and so I did not have to have a temporary nor make two trips in. I also have TMJ with a flare up this particular day, but the assistant and Dr Miller were so understanding with checking in with me and giving me breaks every 30 seconds most of the time. Definitely worth my hour drive in and would drive 2 hours to see Dr Miller!

Dr. Miller responded to my emergency dental situation tonight and saved me from going into Easter Sunday toothless. My front cap broke off and not even the emergency dental offices called me back! He came in at 9:30pm and put my tooth back, so that I could enjoy the rest of my weekend. He put me at ease and I will be going back to him for a more permanent solution to repair my tooth. Thanks Dr. Miller!! My wife thanks you too

For a dentist, they are awesome! I dont enjoy the experience of going to the dentist but hell, who does.!?! Anyhow, I would highly recommend Valley Dental Works. The staff is friendly and enjoyable and they do a great job at making this experience as good as it can be. I like Dr. Miller as he isnt an "old stuffy dentist" and is friendly with a gentle hand. Enjoy!

The staff and doctors at Valley Dental Works are always very professional and kind. I have never been kept waiting for an appointment, and everyone is genuinely friendly. Ive had a crown and some cosmetic reconstruction done in addition to the usual maintenance, and I continue to be very happy with the work several years down the road.

Dr. Miller and staff were very talented and attends to all your needs. I had a crown put in during my 2 hour visit. No need of a temporary. Dr. Miller explained all the procedure as he went and I felt he knew what he was doing. This gave me confidence as well. In the past, the Novocain injection was painful but not with Dr. Miller.

Best experience ever! Beautiful facility - very cheerful and welcoming. Dr. Miller is amazing. My procedure was complicated, but he was meticulous in every detail, plus I actually felt no pain!!! I was also very impressed with the professionalism and skills of the dental assistant. I give Dr. Miller and his staff A+.
