I cant say enough about how great the doctors are at this office! Ive been seeing Dr. Hamlet for over 15 years. My husband sees her husband, Dr. Griffith. Recently, my son burned his eye, and Dr. Hamlet was beyond wonderful! She opened the office for us at 9 oclock at night, called in a prescription before our pharmacy closed, and kept me from panicking. She takes her job seriously, but has a warm demeanor and sense of humor. My husband is picky about his glasses, and his contacts are difficult to fit, but he hasnt complained once, since I got him to switch to this office. Their staff is friendly and kind too.

I give this office a thumbs down.They do not follow their own policy on frame replacement during the two year warranty they promote on their site. Frames selection and quality of the frames are poor. I take very good care of my frames. My frames, as well as, my daughters frames broke within a 4 week period. Had a lot of hasseles getting them replaced. Left this office and found an honest optomitrist with better quality ane fair priced frames. My suggestion DONT go to Dr.S. Hamelet there are better office choices out there. Good luck!

Kal- I can not state all the positive comments I have about Conejo Family Eyecare. It starts right when you pick the phone up and dial for an appointment and when you walk in the door. The treatment and level of customer service is amazing and untouchable. The staff and the DR.S TAKE THEIR TIME! I have had Dr. Griffith as my Eyecare Specialist for 10 years now. You must do yourself a favor... Give them a try. Call, make an appointment. You will be happy, happy, happy and will be back.

Ive worn hard contacts for 25 years (given a rare corneal issue) & have been to not a few eye doctors. NONE could match the precision of Dr. Hamlets diagnosis & measurement of the lens needed. NONE ever offered a 2nd try at lens fitting. In this case, the 2nd fitting made the difference, correcting my vision to near 20/20. Also, the staff is very competent, pleasant & clearly proud of working in a first class clinic.

I took my 3 year old in to see Dr. Hamlet as she has been complaining of eye pain. Dr. Hamlet was wonderful and my daughter loved her. She really took the time to listen to our concerns and made what could of been a scary process lots of fun. I would definitely refer my friends and family to Conejo Family Eyecare.

Dr. Hamlet is a great doctor, she is very caring, the exam was unhurried and very professional. When I had questions, Dr Hamlet explained things in laymans terms so I understood what was going on. She is by far the best Optometrist Ive gone to.

Dr. Griffith and his staff are genuinely kind and considerate... never in my life have I experienced such dedication and care in a medical office. Their level of professionalism is outstanding and I LOVE my glasses! I recommend them highly.

They take their time in the eye exam. I started going to another eye doctor, but the experiences with both Dr. Griffith and Dr. Hamlet were better, so now I am back. I buy my frames elsewhere and have the lenses fitted here.

Dr Hamlet is awesome about explaining each detail during an eye exam. She takes her time, and answers questions thoroughly. I would definately recommend Dr. Hamlet to anyone!
