Ive been going to this optometry for about 10yrs now. The ladies at the front have always been great specially Lety, but my last 2 visits have not been as pleasant as the ones in the past I feel like my eye doctor is always in a rush, now I know for a fact they are a busy location but I just dont think you should rush off you patients the way you do, I feel like they rush the exam and just everything seems very rushed, to the point where I didnt feel they had gotten my prescription right. Today I went to another doctor, got my eyes checked and the prescription was wayyy off. In the past I LOVED this place but now I just dont know if I can deal with the service the doctor provides. She always seems rushed and its just not a good feeling. I will be taking my business else where.

Dr. Alexander puts you at ease when you first sit down. She remembers who I am and usually what we discussed on my prior visit. Her staff is very well trained and you can barely sit down before you are whisked to testing machines behind the front desk so the doctor has the information she needs to assess the health of your eyes. The doctor then proceeds to using an online program to test the strenght of your eyes so the proper corrective lenses can be created. I know when I go in for a checkup Dr. Alexander will be in.
