it is very unfortunate having to go in here and give bad feedback. Especially when you feel they did an excellent job. Until an issue comes up. I feel like im in the right here. Went in there with my daughter, had the exam. Purchase eye contact lenses (which we were not planning on) but not an hour later I called to cancel order (daughter wants glasses). I thought it would be smooth cancellation. of course not. They claimed order can not be cancelled. Not an hour later! Is not cheap either. $95 down the drain. Doctor will not even take my call. Ridiculous! Am I wrong?

Dr. Lee asked the right questions to enhance my contact usage and also my eyeglass prescription. Very good at helping in frame selection as well. Her staff was also very helpful. Very professional and pleasant experience. Glad to be her patient again! Dont retire too soon...
