Expect to be waiting. Everytime ive had an appointment i have waited an hour to be seen..PERIOD! The office and rooms are pretty dirty..i always feel like we will bring home an additional illness when we go there because nothing gwts wiped down, seats are stained up, walls and basebords are filthy and theres a disturbingly dirty bunny she keeps in one of the rooms ontop of the cupbords (cringes) She is smart but she so doesnt listen, at ALL! Hard to get her to listen to concerns..she jumps the gun, cuts you off assumes what your concern is and never actually listens and answers. if u happen to dissagree or have a different view/opinion than hers she gets rude. My premature baby had a lil bit of phlegm in her throat that u could hear rattle when she was breating at times..i wasnt too concerned as she would just cough it up (and not what we went to see her for) she proceeded to beat the living daylights out of my baby on her chest with her palm over and over for several minutes straight saying it will get her to cough it up...but no it didnt..my baby screamed like ive never heard scream in her little life and i broke out in a nervous sweat/panic i just wanted her to stop touching my baby..it was very hard to watch!!!! And i left the office very upset feeling like me and my baby were just traumatized. Looking for new doctor. Oh and the front desk is rude and not always helpful. However the one assistant that sees u to ur room is very kind and considerate everytime ive been.

No me gusta que pone citas y hay que esperar más de 30 minutos para que lo atiendan, ponen como 5 pacientes a la misma hora, y hace sentir como si la consulta fuera gratis e hiciera la limosna de atender. A mi me la recomendo Una persona porque me dijeron de su experiencia en niños con necedidades especiales, pero su actitud no es amable, e incluso me toco ver que se estaba riendo de una mama y Su Hijo.

Never go to this doctor when you ask her question she fight with you and makes you not ask her any question again . All sickness are normal to her even your kids are in a worse situation dont expect any prescription or medicine from her. Worst doctor she always looks angry no smile with her patients.

She will take her time explaining things. I never feel Rushed out of her office. If you call last min for your sick child Ive always been able to get her in.
