I have been takign my children to pediatric associates for six years. We have seen all the doctors there at one point or another, bt our primary is Dr. Sakimura. She is absolutely fantastic! She is extremely knowledgeable and awesome with the kids. You could not ask for a better doctor! Now....unfortunately I can not say the same for the office as a whole. I wait for quite a long time to be seen almost every time. I have waited up to 1 hour and 20 minutes for a scheduled appt. If you need triplicate refills; they need 5 working days to write the prescription. They are not very thorough or good with follow up, so you have to stay on them. They are not very accomodating either. But as a whole; I want my children to have the best doctors and I feel they do get that at this office.

I would give them a no star if I could but i had to a least give one to leave my review rude rude rude not friendly at all i called they had put me on hold for 10 min then answered and hung up I called back thinking I got disconnected and some manly woman answered telling me they couldnt help me call back later my daughter is very sick so its sad they have very rude heartless people that couldnt even be civil and make me an appointment because there being lazy

Just was there with my grandson he was seen once there already but was told since it has been a while they say he could not be seen because he was considered a new patient and they were not taking new patients but the insureace company said they were why didnt they say something when the appointment was made. Think some training needs to be done .will not be recommending this Dr. to anyone wish we could find a good dr.

Best doctors office. My daughters love Lisa and Dr waters is wonderful also. All the doctors are great. The nurses are so assertive and the office staff is very helpful. Especially with appointments. One thing that could be a bit quicker is the calls back after leaving a message. But everything else is wonderful!

Here every 1 is so friendly my kids love them there so wonderfull Dr.s Dr.b Dr.e Dr.k All some wonderfull people never miss treated us always so friendly Books in rooms for the kids.. different animals No long waits... overall good place have and will continue recomendation

A bunch of bullshit rhat they are listed as taking HealthNet but when I called and tried to get my daughter an appointment, they said they dont take it. Update your information!
