Lets start with the reason why I decided to see a chiropractor. Ive had migraines most of my life and at some point resulted to taking Advil almost on a daily basis. Of course this isnt good for you and eventually I started to get 1-2 bloody noses a day at random! A couple years ago I started seeing a new doctor who prescribed me with a medication he said has been around for over 50 years and has seen it work on some people. Not a medication specific for migraines but at that point I was willing to try anything to cure the daily migraine I was experiencing. The downfall was that I had to take this medication EVERYDAY! So I did of course to see if it would work, and it did. My migraines went away for the most part, but now I was dependent on taking this medication for what.. The rest of my life?! I was not too happy with that plan, so I stopped taking it. I was doing ok until a few months had passed and not only did my migraines return, but I was not sleeping well at all. My neck was always hurting and I couldnt get comfortable. I was finding myself going to sleep earlier and earlier just so I felt "rested" for the next day. I didnt want to go back to the daily medication regimen, and was talking about my situation with a coworker one day when they recommended I see a chiropractor. Luckily my sister (who is a hairdresser) had a new client come in who just so happened to be a chiropractor and she happened to mention to him my problem with migraines. He suggested that I come in and give it a try. The X-rays revealed a good reason why I had headaches all the time, my head was 2 inches forward from my neck than it should have been! Also every time I tilted my head down the bones in my neck were structured at the time to go in the opposite direction than they were supposed to, which was impacting the blood flow to my head. After the first couple weeks I noticed a drastic change not only in my migraines (that they had gone away), but that my sleep was much better and not interrupted! Ive been going for about 6 months now and can have combined a fitness class 3 days a week that has changed my life drastically! My recent X-rays showed improvement in the problem areas from the first set which is why I noticed such a huge change. The staff is friendly and the environment is welcoming. I highly recommend those that are unsure if chiropractic care will help solve their issues at least give it a try!

I have lived in Tracy for almost 15 years and it wasnt until a few months ago I was turned on to Frigard Chiropractic. If I had only know there was a goldmine such as this in town, it would have made my 4 years Wrestling much more enjoyable!I have been to other local Chiropractors before due to wrestling injuries, and none of them can compare to facilities and devotion to their patients that is offered at Frigard Chiropractic. I began attending to help relieve pain associated with my fractured my coccyx(tailbone). Dr. Smith has been there every step of the way during my recovery period, and I will be forever grateful for that. He takes the time to asses every aspect of the injury in order to avoid further aggravation to it. I can honestly say that since my first visit, my lower back pain becomes less noticeable with each visit. Their equipment provides an excellent range of comfort whether itss from the massage beds they put you on while you wait for your adjustment, from electrotherapy, ultrasound, or heated massage waterbeds towards the end of your visit. Both Dr. Smith and Dr. Frigard are very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very passionate about their work as a Chiropractor, and would recommend them to anyone in the Tracy area looking for an excellent Chiropractic care facility.

Dr. Frigard and Dr. Smith are the best chiropractors in Tracy! Their staff is helpful and friendly too which is a huge plus. Dr. Smith is wonderful! At first I was really apprehensive in seeing a chiropractor due to my last adjustment(s) with a chiropractor which left me in the ER after 19 adjustments; I say this so youll get a better picture of my trepidation in seeing a chiropractor. I have been having tension headaches for a long while now and I thought Id give Dr. Smith a try because I heard great things about him and Dr. Frigard. Dr. Smith has been very patient with me as Im learning to try and relax so hell be able to better adjust me. Dr. Smith has a calm and friendly demeanor which helps put me at ease; hes also very funny too. He has a true passion for his work and for making sure his clients are very well taken care of and for this I thank him. Since Ive been going to Dr Smith my tension headaches have slowly dissipated and are not as frequent as they were prior to seeing him; this is a blessed relief. Dr. Frigard and Dr. Smith have healing hands and great listening skills and for this I have the utmost respect and admiration for them. Thank you!

Frigard chiropractic is amazing they have been in business for 30 plus years and till this day dr frigard and dr smith tend all the patients they are the only chiropractic office ive been too with a very kind and friendly environment from when you walk in the door to when you leave. My mother Had breast cancer at around 30 years of age and frigard chiropractic helped my mother recover from her surgery and helped her with the rehabilitation process on top of that I am a United State Marine and recently injured my lower back , between dr. Frigard and dr. Smith they have been helping me through my road to recovery. By far the best chiropractor office you can go to. They will never hesitate to help you. Ive been going to them since I was 4 years old im now 20 and this is the only chiropractor I trust because they do amazing work and results follow. If you need a chiropractor this is the place to go.

My family and I have been going to see Dr. Ralph for years now. This past Monday, I was in a car crash out of town and I waited two days (not recommended) until I saw Dr. Ralph...why did I wait? I dont trust anyone else after such an ordeal. My daughter and I walked in with hurt necks and after two adjustments, we felt like ourselves again! My other children survived better but Dr . Ralph didnt take any chances and treated all of us with great care. His front staff is very nice and very friendly. Dr. Ralph is the best!!! I am so thankful to him for helping us and taking care of us no matter what. PS. Im sorry for the gentleman below who didnt have a good experience but I ask..."are you sure you went to the same place I go to?" It is truly hard to believe you felt this way....I wish you luck and health!

Dr. Frigard is the only chiropractor I have met in the past 10 years that isnt frightened by my neck x-ray. He has 47 years of experience in chiropractic and radiology and it shows. He is energetic, pleasant and I know he cares about my well being. He has helped me deal with the complications of a genetic disorder and really help me understand not only my physiology, but my pathology. The girls that work with him are so sweet and accommodating. My schedule works more for drop ins and they can always fit me in. They seamlessly run the office and help Dr. Frigard keep the clinic going. I love this place. Dr. Frigard is the only one I trust with my crazy spinal issues. Big love to this place. :)
