I took my son to Dr. Aguilars office because we have Healthy Families insurance. Our first trip there did not impress me as everyone in the office spoke Spanish to each other all the time. I think we were the only English speakers in there. When the Dr. actually saw my son he says "Oh hes a big boy" and "Why is here?" He had his check up and needs some work done. I was never contacted by their office to say they had gotten the authorizations back, I had to call them. We went in today to get his work done and his appointment was at 2:00. We were seated but at 2:45 the Dr. still hadnt been in yet. While we are sitting there waiting there is some screaming going on in the back room. I have to go to the front desk to find out when we will be seen. She comes back and says we are up next, but dont know how long it will be. My son is still in the chair waiting to get his cavities taken care of and there is still moaning go on in the back room. After 15 minutes longer we left the office. I will never step foot back in there or recommend this place to anyone!!!

Like the dentist very much but the women who work the front desk i have no words for them. They always mess up my appointment. Took a day off for my "appointment" I scheduled over the phone a week ago went in and all I got was your not found on todays schedule. I asked how do you mess up a scheduled appointment all the lady said was I have no idea but Im sorry we cant see you without a appointment. I told them guess you will be losing a few customers. This is also the second time its happened to me. 1st time I got lucky and they had a cancelation. Beyond upset. Definitely going somewhere else.

It was a mediocre place. I dont really like how long they take sometimes and I also had to call in about my approval 10 times. They told me they would have it back in 2 weeks and that turned into a month then I wasnt getting my appointment until a month and half after that... so nevermind they arent that great but they do good job on teeth and thats all the compliments I can really give them...

Dentist Jose Aguliar is the most compassionate gentle Dentist I have experienced.. I had 3 teeth removed today and I felt no pain. His staff is very professional and very helpful and polite and caring towards their patients. .

I have had a great experience. Dr. Aguilar has really helped me smile again. The staff are ALL bi-lingual. They fixed some shady work I had done in West Sacramento, too.
