Once you go back into the back office with Dr. Shaw, the music is so loud that you cant even think. He was rude and rushed. It seemed that he had too many people to see and did not have the time for any of my questions. When asked if he could provide some literature about the lazer deep cleaning, he stormed off and brought back some internal information. It was not something the normal person could read and he seemed mad about me even asking him to get me more information. So.. after that... Once you leave the office of Dr. Shaw you procede to the billing dept. which has more signs and exclamation points then you can imagine. No checks! Employees only! Payment due at time of service! Have your insurance card ready! He was so rude to me that I left in tears. He mentioned to me that because I have gingavitius (sorry not a dental student) I had known about it for the last 5 years and why should he rush to get me the lazer surgery. He actually said to me, "I have other clients to see." That was when I left. Horrible, Horrible bed side manner. Also, he is the only, only, only periodontic with Comfort Dental in the entire state! Do your research because he is the only one and your stuck with him. Hope this helps.

I have been going to Comfort Dental of Arvada twice a year since 2005. My treatment has always been exceptional by both the office and professional staff. I always receive immediate and effective personal care every time I have an appointment. Dr Shaw always has the best hygienists in Colorado who are given extra time to really give his patients the best cleaning and care available. My gum disease has been completely eliminated by the attention given to me at this office with no surgery required. And most importantly I really recommend the Comfort Dental Gold Plan for the most reasonable prices in Denver. I find it is more cost effective to have the Gold Plan rather then paying the more costly dental premiums thru my office.

they did not do a good job on my crowns. they are cracking, and chipping. I have never had this issue at other comfort dentals
