Nope, nope, nope. New patient, first phone call to schedule an appointment, went to voicemail during normal business hours. Message said appointments are available Monday through Thursday. I called and front desk told me hours are Monday through Saturday. Okay great. Got on the schedule for Friday at 10:30. Showed up at 10:15 to fill out forms, one of which said "accepted payments are cash, mastercard and care credit" well I didnt have any of those. I asked if they accepted Visa, "yes" so I replied "oh, its not on your list of accepted payments" she replied with a laugh. Ok? I was called back once I finished my paperwork. She said my name, then "open" and "close" four times, then "were going to room 2" and that...was it..... Not even a word as she put on my bib. I was sitting in the exam chair from 10:35 until 11:15 without a word from anyone. I finally got up, removed my bib, grabbed my purse and stood at the front desk and waited. 11:20 someone comes out and looks at me..... "My appointment was 50 minutes ago and no one has been in to see me" "Oh" *walks away* The dentist comes out from around the corner and casually mentions "sorry for the wait" I replied "I dont mind waiting, but no one said anything to me..." He did not respond. He was pretty rough with my teeth. I brush twice a day, floss daily and take great care of my teeth but he made my gums bleed like none other. He left 3 times during my exam and said "oh I just remembered something/Ill be right back/let me just..." The assistant rushed through my cleaning, frequently splashed water on my face and left it, didnt give me breaks to swallow and when she wanted me to close my mouth for the suction, actually put her hands on my mouth and closed it for me. What?! It ended when she said "ok" and left the room. I walked to the front, paid and left. Got to my car and there was a huge blood smear on my face. Are you kidding me? What a freaking nightmare.

For starters.... everyone there seemed VERY unhappy, I did not feel welcomed at all. No one there introduced themselves to me, so i have no idea who I to ask for if i needed to call back for something. The dentist didnt introduce himself, just sat down put his hands in my mouth and told his assistant a bunch of "dentist" terms that of course i didnt understand cause well.. Im not a dentist. He got up and left the room and i was guided out to make an 2nd appointment which still at this point had no idea of what it was for, why, anything.... I had to ask what was going on... Im not a fan of the dentist at all, hate going and im sure im not alone in that.. And for these so called professionals to be so unprofessional and expect me to come back and give them my business is crazy! I called around and found Bright Now! and they were awesome! Total opposite of Agreeable Dental.. Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

Receptionist left me on hold forever 17 minutes to be exact then I called back and was put on hold again for 5 more minutes then they didnt even know why I was calling wooden schedule an appointment didnt even have my new phone number and wouldnt take a message Im going down there today and Im going to speak to the dentist myself and tell him what horrible office staff he has I asked to take a message and the lady told me NO!how rude! I know plenty of women who can answer the phones and have your job tomorrow you might want to treat people a little bit differently stupid receptionist and office manager over there Jesus the dentist is awesome he does great work and even gives you flowers afterwards wish I could say the same for his front desk people

This dentist is a pompous little jerk. He degrades and talks down to his staff and patients. Every time we went in there would be someone new working, and even those still working there would talk bad about him. I went there originally to get 1 tooth fixed, and ended up having 3 teeth pulled and a bridge put in, finding out afterwards that it was not necessary at all to do any of that. I have had nothing but problems with my teeth since going to Agreeable Dental. Worst is that he managed to get double paid for the work he had done for us, billing both insurance companies we used for the exact same procedures. Very shady. DO NOT GO HERE! If/When he he screws you over you will regret it.

Excellent experience. Dr. Resnick just finished three new crowns for me and they look and feel fantastic. I was apprehensive initially to have them done as they were my two front teeth and one damaged tooth next to them. Dr. Resnick took the time to fully explain to me the procedure and shared with me photographic examples of many crowns that he completed in the past that looked great. He was meticulous and careful throughout the procedure and I felt completely comfortable in his care. I fully recommend Dr. Resnick; hes a true professional.

Dr. Resnick and Agreeable Dental has been my dentist for almost three years and he as well as his staff has taken care of me and my family. I am very pleased with their service. They are very professional and accommodating. They have worked around my schedule as needed and they communicate very well. I appreciate his expertise and experience and I highly recommend Dr. Resnick and his staff. I read some of the reviews and I just absolutely have not experienced any problems. Its a great place for your entire family. Again, I highly recommend.

Wow dr mark and his team helped me out big time. I have a lot of work that needs to be done instead of giving me the run around they took care of my tooth that was in most need. I called on a Friday at 1:40 and by 230 I had x-rays done and the Dr started his work I was put on antibiotics for a week and in one week he did a root canal for me. I am a tooth wuss I admit it or hypersensitive he was comforting the entire time. I highly recommend this dental offices, once again thank you Dr mark

This was my second time here I came in two days ago to check my teeth and clean them. I needed two fillings and I filled in my two front teeth which were jagged. Dr.Resnick and Alejandra did a great job, ,u teeth are no longer jagged and doesnt even look like I got a filling! Im so happy with this place plus theyre super affordable!

Everyone at the clinic is wonderful! I came in for 3 small fillings, and I was greeted warmly at the front desk upon arrival. The hygienist did a quick and thorough job of numbing me up, and the assistant who worked with the doc is a master of shaping fillings. All around positive experience, great office management!

I hate going to the dentist but this place makes me comfortable! I have had two cleanings and a root canal and I am happy with the friendly staff and the dentist. For people with no insurance ask about the Ruby plan it is both affordable and helpful!
