I hope for this offices current customers sake that the doctor is different now than the one I had about 8 years ago. I had braces through this office for almost 4 years and thought they had done a decent job; my teeth were straight when the braces came off, but what do I know about dentistry? I was only 15 at the time! I was told to wear my retainer at night for 6 months after the braces came off and that would be the end of it. Well, I ended up wearing the retainer for 2 years because my teeth started to shift a bit after the braces came off. After 2 years, I gave up on trying to save my "perfectly" straight teeth and stopped wearing the retainer, and one of my bottom teeth in the front has since shifted backward. I was so annoyed with the Comfort Dental dentists that I just didnt go back to a dentist, even for regular cleanings, until this month (so about 7 years have passed). My new dentist has informed me of what a terrible job my braces were! My bite looks good, but the way that my top and bottom teeth are aligned has caused my molars to essentially wear each other down to the point that I now need 3 fillings. Yes, my teeth are wearing each other down to the point that they are developing holes along the chewing surface. I also still have a bit of an overbite that was never corrected when I had braces. All I can say is I hope that the dentist in charge when I was in the office has lost his or her license because all those braces caused me was hassle, and now Ill be lucky if I still have any teeth left when Im 30. If you have your braces done through this clinic, get a second opinion on how well the course of your treatment is correcting whatever dental problems you may have... Like I said, I thought my teeth looked good after having the braces removed, but the reality of the situation is the complete opposite...

Its unfortunate that I must give this clinic such a low rating. I actually like the orthodontist very much it is the front office staff that I find very offensive and unprofessional. It seems that any time Ive had interaction with them either on the phone or in the clinic it has been terribly negative. My daughter and I have walked in several times for her appointments and been completely ignored. There was not a single acknowledgement that we were even standing at the desk on way more than one occasion. It has been difficult to set up appointment times. There is a large up-charge for an appointment that we were only a few minutes late for even after calling to let them know, but also have been made to wait over 45 min when on time. The treatment that my daughter received has been well over the expected quoted time when we initially started. Overall, I would not recommend this facility. Patients are not valued nearly as much as the considerable amount of money we are shoveling in. In my opinion the staff should realize WE are paying their salary. Dont waste your time and money here.

They may have changed their name, but they still owe us over $600 for dental work they charged us and the insurance company for and never completed. They have over $1K that isnt theirs, because they pre-charged for the work. They have continually refused to reimburse us or the insurance company. The last communication we had with them, they even said they had no file on our son. Wasnt that convenient? I tried to get the insurance company involved but because their computer system has changed they dont have the records any more, so here Comfort sits with money in their hands that a good audit would show doesnt belong to them, but they are getting away with fraud left and right by billing the insurance before the work is done. They take the insurance money, and the payments made by the patient and draw interest on it. Then if the patient leaves, they keep the money and never return any of it to the patient or the insurance carrier. Talk about insurance fraud!!!

The Entire staff from the Doctor to the Dental Assistants to the front office Specialist is Hands down Great, and you can tell they like where they work and who they work with! Very entertaining bunch. They always made me feel welcome and comfortable From the moment I walked in the door, until I would leave. When I first began treatment, I hated my smile due to my teeth being so crooked. I went in expecting them to tell me how bad my teeth were and they was alot of work to be done, and not thinking my teeth would ever straighten out but boy was I wrong! I am beyond excited and happy with my outcome and my over-all experience! I would reccomend anybody in the Denver-Metro area to go to the Comfort Dental East Location.

This is a complete scam, Every month I switched dentists and he gave me a different treatment time each time. For the past 2 weeks they have been using my insurance switching to delay and continue my treatment. I was supposed to get them off in September, it is now Nov 17 and they tell me I have to wait until January because it takes 4-6 weeks to file a claim. Even the orthodontist there wanted to take them off today but the stupid receptionist wait too long to file a claim and now I have to wait until 2011. Im a senior in high school and I already had to take my senior pics with these things on and I cant stand it anymore. My teeth havent changed in 3 months yet apparently "we still arent done". This place blows

I was told on my 28th month by the doctor that I was finally able to take the braces off next month, the 29th. Even though I felt that my bite wasnt up to 100%. So I volunteered to do 2 more months to perfect it. But next month, that doctor is gone and replaced by some arrogant, rude doctor. He tells me I need 8 more months, and during the past 7 months since then, they had me doing the same thing and now my bite is even worse than before. I felt like I have been victim of fraud, because I feel that the new doctor just dragged on for more money and didnt actually do anything to improve my bite. So go elsewhere, or else they will rip you off and drag out the process to juice as much money they can out of you.
