I wanted to try another Bright Now office as the one I had gone to for years had gradually become less than adequate. Tried this office and scheduled an appointment one month out. Got a call from the office the Sunday before my appointment (missed the call/no voicemail). Call Bright Now the morning of the appointment to confirm time and they have no record of an appointment (I guess the call from a few days earlier was a coincidence?). They set me up for 1pm. They take x-rays but scheduled no time for the cleaning-thanks for nothing. Just as well though as they quoted me nearly $800 after insurance for the two part cleaning. I refused and they insisted I sign the a form anyway. I said no 3-4 times before they accepted my refusal. Came straight home and booked another dentist for the same cleaning $150 after insurance for the two part cleaning. Be careful of making appointments with the intention of them making you come again and ridiculous over charging. As an aside, all the furniture ripped open and falling apart in the waiting room is a terrible first impression. Should have known better then to stick around.

Had to resolve a poor quality filling at another dentist. Do not waste your time or money at this place. The dentist filled a cavity and 6 months later my tooth had a sharp edge... I went back and she said I needed a crown because the tooth had 2 cracks due to natural decay.(She took a picture with her personal cell phone!) I decided to get a second opinion and the other dentist confirmed that is was just a sloppy filling job. When she filled the cavity 6 months earlier some of the plastic dripped onto the side of the tooth and then later flaked away creating a sharp edge (Not a cracked tooth needing a crown!). Incompetency comes to mind when I think about this dentist and the business.

I love this dentist office! Everyone is so nice and thoughtful. I have needed some extensive work done in the past 8 months (minor for some people, extensive for me) and I have enjoyed every visit on a personal level, even if I was sad about the work I needed done. They are honest and offer options, and explain the resoning why they recommend the plan they choose. Dr. Sam is a riot! She makes the whole visit feel like a personal meeting, even when shes digging around in your mouth. You almost forget youre getting dental work done! I would recommend this office to anyone needing any work from cleaning to the nasty "drill into your teeth" type work.

Dr. Sampath and her team are fantastic! Im usually terrified of dentists and only go when I have a serious problem, which is how I met Dr. Sampath. My initial contact was because a molar had cracked and broken off. Another office told me it could not be saved as the break was too close to the bone. Not only did Dr. Sampath save my tooth, she also helped me become comfortable getting dental care. She was so patient and very considerate, and she has a great sense of humor which went a long way towards helping me relax. Im in great hands with Dr. Sampath!

Dr. Sam is an amazing dentist and a wonderful person, Dr. Sam has surrounded herself with a wonderful staff, they care about giving their patients the best dental options that fit their needs. The office is always comfortable and very well organized. Dr. Sams staff respond quickly to questions and takes the time needed to explain the procedures and the cost, both what insurance covers and what you could face for out of pocket expense. It is always a good experience and I know that my dental needs are going to be taken care of.

I brought my son in for his first visit to this office and we were both completely comfortable from the moment we walked in to the moment we left, the front desk (James) i think was so wonderful!! The Dr and her staff in the back were just as wonderful, I have worked for a dentist years ago and I want to say that the dentist herself (don’t have her name with me at this time) but she is the best dentist that I have ever been to. What a GREAT lady she is. Thank you to her and her staff.

Staff was friendly. I got there 20 minutes early and was in the chair by the time my appointment was supposed to start. Dr. Mcmunn was fast and thoroughly explained everything that was going to happen and did a great job keeping me updated during the procedure. Dental work is never fun and the procedure I had done was painful but he asked throughout how I was doing and did his best to minimize discomfort. I would highly recommend.

Going to the dentist is not bad when coming here when it first started out. Now they have new staff at the desk my appointments get messed up I have been double scheduled, and then get told that I wasnt scheduled. They also have this rule if your 10 mins late you have to reschedule, but they can be an hour late and everythings ok mostly with ortho appointments.

The Dr. Sam is extremely talented. Always professional and not afraid to tell you what your mouth really needs. Great hygienists and great orthodontics as well. They are great with kids as well. Ive had everything from cleanings to braces to a crown here and everything is great while not breaking the bank. Recommend it to anyone.
