I started frequenting this office because it was the closest to my home. They have many different chiropractors and usually they are good and polite with one exception – the guy with the glasses. When I walked in today both chiropractors were busy. He finished with his client and then took off to the back of the office while the other chiropractor worked on hers. He did not acknowledge me. Another client walked in and he came back, greeted her by name and proceeded to adjust her. The other chiropractor, seeing how he had clearly ignored asked me what was going on. I replied I didn’t know and she asked me if I wanted her to adjust me. There was another time when I asked this same chiropractor to adjust me in a specific way and he pretty much brushed me off in a very rude manner. I thought I was just a fluke and not bound to happen again, but after the kind of customer service I got today I am not so sure. I will never go back to this office as long as this man is working there. He was rude and offensive.

Great place at a great price! I am a bodily injury adjuster for a major car insurance company and handle injury claims on a daily basis. I dislike seeing people going to chiropractors charging over $200/visit. This place is quick and simple and has very flexible hours that include weekends while most other offices are open only during business hours and no weekends making it inconvenient for most of us. A monthly membership is $49 for 4 visits but if you want a basic adjustment with no membership youre paying $20 for an adjustment. Spending over $200 for a visit is ridiculous honestly for the same amount of manipulations. My back hurts from riding my motorcycle due to the hunched riding position as well as from snowboarding. This is a cheap and quick way to feel better.

Why do they not have an option for a half of one star or even less? Because that is what this location deserves! My wife went in there today she has been a long time customer devoted to only that location and to only a couple of select chiropractors. She was treated so poorly by Dr. Phillip that she told him she would never be back to that location! He treated her with such disregard embarrassing her humiliating her and insulting her to the point where she walked out and that all happened before he started the adjustment! Just want to give everyone out there a heads up to not frequent this location only if youre feeling you would like to have bad customer service and be humiliated in the process should you go there!

I had been in a car accident 3 years ago. I did the treatment but my lower back was never the same. Over the years I just got used to it. One day I drove by The Joint and I thought Id try it out. I cant believe how amazing I felt afterwards. Even if you dont have an injury, I highly recommend giving this place a try. For the price you cant deny yourself this treatment! I am truly grateful to find a chiropractor thats affordable. The service, and the people are amazing. I enjoy going places that have a positive vibe!

Dr. Jeff is amazing! I drive 20 minutes out of my way to see him as hes helped me feel so much better. He doesnt just do the normal chriopractic motions, as he listens to whats bothering me and adjusts accordingly. He also knows that I drive out of my way to get there so he always tries to go the extra mile to stick around so I dont have to wait for him to come back from lunch or a break. Also the front desk folks know my name and are always friendly. I love this location and am happy to make the extra drive.

Affordable, convenient, and friendly. Joe is my favorite. He is very caring and listens. The only thing I do not like is the setting. I think that it could be set up for a little more privacy. It is hard to talk to the chiropractors about things that are private to you because people are waiting to be adjusted 5 feet from you. Maybe asking the waiting clients to stay up front would make the patients feel a little more comfortable. I would recommend this to anyone seeking chiropractic care.

Went to have my daughter seen who hurt her back and was in pain and in need of an adjustment. Sign says walk in welcome open until 7pm, arrived at 615 and was told no they can not see her since there was too much paperwork involved and they were behind in the paperwork already. There was one client leaving and no other clients there. Very disappointed in such an uncaring response. You lost what could have been a good client as we were looking for a chiropractor close to us.

I have been a patient of The Joint for a few years now. Following a bad car accident theres no way I would have been able to return to work as soon as I did, had it not been for Dr. Sarver. Ive also referred numerous friends and family,they have all had nothing but positive feedback and progress as well. Dr. Sarver appears to have a genuine concern for his patients well being and always has a pleasant demeanor. I highly recommend this location and this Dr.

The Joint helps both my family and I feel a lot better and have an overall better life. Being a dancer, they fit my needs and help me improve my skill. Whenever I need chiropractic care, I automatically know that I need The Joint to do it. The joint is a place that I know wont let me down. They dont just put my body back in place, but they also put my overall life back in place.

I have done chiropractic treatments in a couple different places before but the experience I had at the Joint Southlands was incredible. The doctors are very professional and the adjustments addressed all my concerns. After my first treatment I left the place with much more information about my own body and also pain free.

Fast, Friendly, Courteous, very informative, answered all my questions, taught me some strength exercises and stretches to help with the problems that they informed me about. I think that they are very knowledgable, and a great group. Id recommend it to my mom or anyone else that I like.

Everyone here is amazing, from Ashley at the front desk who greets patients to Dr. Sarver who has "helped keep me straight." They have helped me out many times and now I keeping up with maintenance and feel wonderful. I am grateful that I am able to have The Joint in my neighborhood!

Service sucks, we got there at exactly 4:08 pm they wont take us in because they are too lazy to do the paper work. Their excuse was it takes time to fill out the documents and they close at 5 pm. Unacceptable this kind of facility needs to shutdown if your staff are that lazy.

I have been scared of Chiropractors for many years, do to a bad experience. My husband finally talked me into trying The Joint and I couldnt be any happier with the service. My back is feeling better than it has in years. I would definitely recommend anyone to go to The Joint!
