So before I begin, I want to add a few disclaimers. First off even though I ma giving this place five stars, this is not a five star location, so please read my review for a truthful review. Second I am a person that will admit my own faults, and I wasnt a perfect customer as well. Here we go... This place is very dear to me. I bought most of my pairs of glasses here, and there was always this family loving vibe... That was in 2004 through 2009. Its now 2017, and I can tell you that vibe is gone. It has been almost eight years, since i received my last pair, and I thought hey, why not come to the place that is caring, and it turns out, like I dont know if management changed or what, but its just different. One of the things that turned me off from this place were the opticians. I have a very difficult face, and I need time to find my right style. Glasses are not clothes, they are something we wear every day with different styles, and I felt rushed and like they just didnt care. I want the best lenses possible, but instead of feeling like they are listening to me, they just add it on and rush the process like they are so busy, and you are not important... so that is the bad now here is the good... After getting the glasses, I notice that my vision was really distorted, and felt like a fish bowl. I know its there job to say give it a week to wear, but due to the ordering process, I felt like they were going to rush this issue and not care, and I knew something was going on, so I did bother them, and I even accused them of loosing my glasses,.(I had to go back and I thought I misplaced it.) I was nasty, and I apologize for my behavior, but when I did have an issue, they did respond nicely, and even when I wanted a refund, they said no problem, as long as you have both glasses. I felt like they did care, and they can handle a nasty customer well, and I feel really bad for being a jerk and accusing them, but I got another eye exam, and changed my prescription, and they were so sweet with issues. So to shorten it up. This place isnt the same Visionworks like ten years ago, but I can kind of see why cause they are so busy. I SUPER RECOMMEND GETTING AN EYE EXAM THERE. THE DOCTOR WAS FABULOUS, AND SOME OPTICIANS ARE REALLY SWEET AND CARING... however, if you are buying glasses... please know what you want, or be strong, cause they do seem money hungry over there, and when selecting glasses, it does seem like they will rush you and not care, BUT ANY ISSUES YOU HAVE WITH THEM... THEY ARE VERY COOL, AND CAN EVEN REFUND WITH NO ISSUES!

I had an appointment schedule today for my son and pulled him out of school early just to ensure we are on time. When I arrived I was greeted by Joslin. She was so unprofessional and rude. When greeting me she just stared at the computer and didnt make any eye contact. She said, "Sign in and I need your insurance card". I told her if she would have looked at me she would have knew I was already handing her my card. We waited for a long time before she came back and said she was unable to verify my insurance because her computer was down. I asked her if she can call to verified my insurance because I knew it was active. She said "we are really busy today and if I cant verify through the computer then we can see you and you can reschedule for a different time." I asked her to call again. She told me she doesnt have time. Wow. What terrible customer service. I explained I pulled my son out for todays appt. She tells me I can pay out of pocket and come back on a less busy day. Why would I pay out of pocket if I have insurance that covers. I got so frustrated with the customer service here. I would not recommend this locations to anyone!

This place is a total joke. The vision medical staff are good enough, but the front staff are all about the sale. When I asked for the cheapest arrangements they steered me away from them. They were not sympathetic at all. At the end of the conversation the Mexican older lady said, "See you only saved 50 dollars." and made fun of my purchase. They are bothered when you ask them a question and all are very elitist. They act like they are doing you the favor of letting you be their customer! You work too hard for your money and there are many other legitimate optical service providers out there that do appreciate your business. Do Not Come Here! Yes I do sign my reviews. I walked in & felt very welcome. Tyson runs the store very well. With professionalism, knowledge, plus extremely incredible customer service! He has a good rapport with his staff which to me means a lot from a Managers point of view. More styles to choose from then most of the others. Done within a week! Special was well worth it. Sent my husband in the next day. We both love our end results.

I think the doctors are thorough and caring. However, the staff that work out front have no regard to what customer service really is all about. I hope the management would revisit their hiring qualifications and look for candidates who care about people. I think we, as the customer, just pay way too much money for our glasses and contact lenses to be treated like we dont matter.

Ive purchased glasses from here twice. Both times, I was sold on promotions that sounded like great deals. After all of the upgrades that were "necessary" for my type of prescription (single vision/astigmatism), I walked with 2 pairs for over $500 each time. The promotions started out for two pairs for about $149. I guess thats for throw away glasses... Rip off artists... Beware!

The sales reps are horrible 1-28-17 ... She even told me to come back which is today Sunday and they are closed on SUNDAYS.. i asked why tomorrow ...she stated cause they are getting ready to close .... closing time is 6pm it was 4pm at that time of her statmemt ...Now I have to keep being blind until Monday smh

I"ve been going to this location since I was a kid and loved it then but I have to say it has gone down hill since. The staff including the doctors are extremely rude and always rushing people. I pay way too much for my glasses and contacts to be treated this way. I never feel appreciated here. Never again.
