I woke up with a very bad headache my, eyes swollen and in extreme pain. I called this office first thing in the morning as they were listed on my list of participating providers for my insurance. I got scheduled by the office at 1:45 pm and was not told anything about their location switching addresses. If you looked at the address on navigator it says the office is located on Fraser which is wrong. After finally finding the address on Fraser I walked up to the door to find this was not their office location as it had been moved. While on my way to the office location listed on the door I called the office to let them know I was on my way. At this point in time it was already 1:50 and I was 6 minutes away according to navigator. You can imagine my frustration when I was told I would need to re-schedule as a result of all this when it could have all been avoided had I been notified their location changed. This would have been my first visit at this office and due to this experience it will be my last.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Long story short but this practice is not family friendly nor kid friendly one of the assistance raised her voice to my son because he was joking around when doing an exam just because he was making light of the situation (he hates getting his eyes checked) I am just so unhappy with their service not to mention we ordered his new glasses almost 2 months ago and never received a call or any contact from them. I called lots of times and they all said they arent sure of the situation so cant say what happened than finally the last time I called they said they had them and I could come in anytime to get them. Wow seriously this place sucks

I scratched my eye in my sleep and woke up and was in a lot of pain. They were able to give me in immediately and were real nice and real respect.
