I had a great experience with this optometrist! Saw Dr. Jenni, and she gave me a very thorough eye exam, including testing for dry eye, and seemed very knowledgeable and helpful. The office staff was helpful, and I received my glasses in half the expected time (instead of 7-10 days, I got them in 3). They have additional equipment they use for exams that give a much more precise profile of your eyes - a newer technology called Zeiss i.Scription. They also offer high definition/digital lenses for both single vision or progressive vision. The doctor looked at my exam results, and it showed that with my particular aberrations, I would indeed benefit with this more enhanced lens. I highly recommend this type of lens - I am amazed at the improved clarity!! The office staff person who helped me initially was confused on my second pair VSP benefit, but I contacted VSP later to go over it and then VSP contacted them and cleared it up. I guess most vision plans only pay 30% for the second pair, but mine covers it identically to the first pair. I also got a call from the doctor a couple weeks after picking up my glasses to check on how they were working for me - Ive never had one do that before! Sorry some other users had a bad experience, but I definitely recommend this optometrist.

My experiences with 3D have been completely positive. A couple of years ago I tried a different fancy local eye care center (NOT these guys). I spent hundreds of dollars on exams, hundreds more on glasses. Almost a grand total. Thirteen months later the glasses broke and the fancy optometrist said there was nothing they could do, the warranty had expired, but if I gave them hundreds of more dollars they could order me a new pair. I declined. Then I stumbled across 3D and they were exactly the opposite. Even though they hadnt sold me the glasses in the first place, they spent probably an hour fixing them, then they didnt even charge me. They became my new optometrists that day and have been completely professional, friendly and effective ever since. Sometimes we have a bad experience with someone and it colors our thinking forever. Those things happen, nobodys perfect. My experience with 3D has been the opposite. I like the people, I like the atmosphere. And Im a grouchy 63 year old guy who has used dozens of eye care professionals in my life. As musicians say, Im a hard room to play. I feel quite comfortable recommending them. Kenn Amdahl

What a great experience. If this isnt the face of personalized professional service I dont know what is. The staff was extremely friendly and professional throughout my entire exam and time in their office. I was over an hour late for my appointment and they did everything possible to get me in. Despite my tardiness, I never once felt rushed. The staff even stayed with me long after they closed to ensure I got the best possible treatment. The doctors are great at what they do, and certainly made me feel like family at this family practice. My exam was very thorough and the optician was more than helpful. They definitely have a good eye for which frames complement your face, and did everything in their power to ensure I got the glasses I wanted while staying within my budget. They gave me a great description of what choices I had and the pricing with my insurance. I never write reviews for businesses, but 3D Vision went above and beyond what I expected. I will never use another Optometry office as long as they are around!!

Dr Benson is great. The technology is great and their prices are actually affordable. Its the glasses experience that troubles me. Im 32 and never needed glasses. I have a small issue I was willing to look at glasses for. The lady in front working in the eye glass store went through all the costs with me. When I said I would think about it and pushed off the purchase she almost became disgusted. She told me (didnt ask) to put the frames back. Charged me for the rest of the visit and tried to push me out of there even though I still had to go back to the doctor to view the images of my eyes. Like I said the doctor was great. Its the sales lady in the glasses store portion of the office you have to watch out for. Very very rude and unprofessional. I understand this is a business and you need to make money. But youre also a doctors office and patient comfort should mean something. All that said I will be back and make this place my eye doctor for the future. I just might buy my glasses somewhere else.

Ive had a great experience with the entire staff of 3D, from doctors to front desk. Getting the right contact fitting for me was a bit of a hassle on my part because I couldnt figure out which types were more comfortable and the staff was more than accommodating to make sure I was comfortable with my choice even though I had to try different ones over the course of several weeks. I also ordered some prescription sunglasses which required a re-do because of my right eye having a mind of its own. They got me sorted out hassle free even though we had to remake the lens. And then on top of that, I was having trouble finding an eyeglass shop that would repair my girlfriends unique eyeglasses. I had literally called 5 different places and visited 3 other shops that said they could, but couldnt once I got there. 3D Vision eye care asked me to leave them with them to see what they could do, and sure enough, they were able to fix them ! Thanks for the great service guys!

I went here because of the glowing reviews I found here and have to say that whatever the people that wrote those experiences was a far cry from what happens there now. The staff was overall a sad misrepresentation of customer service or should I say "dis-service." The one girl referring to me as "Hun" is really bothersome. Aside from that they really had no idea about styling and lens options with my insurance. I have been wearing glasses since 4th grade and never can I remember a place so discombobulated as this. The exam itself seemed fine, aside from the bad breath of the doctor, but I guess I will see if even this went well once I get my prescription filled ELSEWHERE!

I found 3D vision when I was looking for sunglasses on the Oliver Peoples web page. When I arrived I was helped to find sunglasses I was looking for. The sunglasses were not in stock at the store because they are no longer available, so they ordered several pairs for me to look at. When I went back for an eye check up, they took the time to ensure all of my questions were explained and didnt cut any corners. I was given several options when it came to contacts and they saved me a bundle. At 3D Vision, they have gone above and beyond my greatest expectations. 3D Vision will continue to get my business and recommendation!

Stellar optometrists, they are polite, patient, can explain the science behind it and give recommendations. After the appt, they helped choose frames that fit my face and assisted by narrowing down the choices. One part I struggled with was picking out lens options, there is a lot of information given but I wish I wouldve read up on anti-glare and insurance coverages for certain glass styles. Overall, the office is very up-to-date, can explain your issue technically (if your into that), and can help pick out the best style frame for your face.
