Ive been coming here quite a while now, and Ive always had exceptional and professional service. Its hard to think of Dr. Berggran as just my doctor, when really he has become quite a good friend. Everyone working there is extremely knowledgable, friendly, and willing to help out with whatever my weird eyes need. I had lasic surgery and so he keeps me up to date monitoring that, along with helping with my slowly fading reading ability. They are never -- I repeat never -- pushy about anything, but when you want or need something they always have it. Both my wife and I come every year without fail for our annual, and occasionally to get frames, etc, for reading.

After years of different insurance plans, my vision insurance plan in 2014 included Dr. Berggren. I was happy to return after about 10 years of absence. What I valued most was that Dr. Berggren took the time to really explain what he noticed about my eyesight and discuss my family history. In this day and age of 15 minute appointments where you feel like a part on an assembly line, I so appreciated Dr. Berggrens time and personal interaction.

Terrible if they make mistakes they turn the problem on you and once they are not legally liable they turn their back on you. They r to old school, thus making mistakes that could make you blind according to our new eye doctors.
