Dr Jill Bert and her staff are excellent! I highly recommend them to anyone who is around the Edgewater area to go. She is highly knowledgeable and friendly. She spent plenty of time with me to discuss what was going on with my eyes and to show me anything I had questions on. Dan was a great help to me for picking out glasses and discussing options as well as being patient when it came to me picking out my choices for glasses. He was very helpful in describing all the options that were available as well as what from his personal account would help me. Dr Berts front desk Amanda was very pleasant and nice as well as very prompt in helping me when I checked in and doing the initial part of my exam. She was friendly at the end and even was kind enough to provide me information that I needed to get when making the payment with my HSA account. Overall the experience was great! I would hope that many people go there when needing an eye exam or new glasses/contacts. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that I know to visit them when they are in need of some eye consultations.

I normally dont write reviews about anything, but I felt compelled to do so today after my experience with Dr. Jill and her ENTIRE staff at Lakefront Eyecare. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable, and welcomed. I was able to be seen for a comprehensive exam, (and I didnt have to get my eyes dilated!) and got a new pair of adorable prescription glasses, and was able to get new polarized lenses for my sunglasses! All while utilizing my insurance to the best of their ability. Everyone was efficient, happy and knowledgeable. Dr. Jill, Im so happy you are in the Edgewater neighborhood! Ill be coming here and referring many friends and family!

I was so impressed with Lakefront Eye Care! Ive been to other eye care providers, but have never felt as welcome as I did with Dr. Bert. Her staff at the front desk was friendly and welcoming, and while I was in the exam room Dr. Bert took the time to carefully explain every test and what she was seeing in my eyes. They have the newest technology too - I had an optomap photo taken (instead of having my eyes dilated) and theres no more dreaded "eye puff" test! The selection of glasses was great too - lots of styles for men and women (kids too) and options for prescription sunglasses!

Dr. Bert and her team were fantastic! I was very impressed. All staff members were clearly knowledgeable in their areas of expertise. Their teamwork was impressive. Dr. Bert answered all of my questions thoroughly, with special attention to eye issues that have run in my family. They have a great selection of eye wear, as well as a very easily accessible location. This is a newer Optometrist office, so I would urge you to check them out if you are looking for a new eye doctor and want to be a valued patient for years to come. Im so glad I checked these guys out!

I absolutely loved being seen at lakefront eye care. The staff was so friendly and very helpful in helping decide what best fits me especially because I have never needed glasses so I was kinda scared and didnt know what to do. I have never me a Dr as nice as Dr. Bert she made me feel so comfortable in her office. The entire staff made me feel welcome and treated me as a friend and not just a customer by addressing me on a first name basis. If anyone needs to be seem for any eye care need this is definitely the place to go.

I LOVE Lakefront Eye Care!! Dr Bert is amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable and takes her time (which is rare in a doctor today) explaining everything in a very understandable way. Her staff is warm and welcoming, and very efficient in conducting all the pretests necessary before seeing Dr Bert. The office is new and very modern with hundreds of glasses to choose from and an outstanding optician. I cannot recommend Lakefront Eye Care highly enough!!

Solid experience with the doctor - the front desk staff seemed to revolve constantly in my three visits, and that was a bit disconcerting. Solid selection of fashionable eyeware at comfortable prices. The Dr. is young and new but does not have too many gadgets - just good adjustments. She upped the power on my Rx and now it is like I have x-ray eyes. Took a couple of weeks to readjust, but a good move overall.

This was my first time at lakefront eyecare and I enjoyed the experience. The staff are amazingly friendly and very knowledgeable. The technology they use in mapping your eye is really cool and it was explained to me what I was seeing. I never knew all the different options I had in regards to contacts or glasses and what might work best for me, but after going there I came out just a little more informed.

I live nearby in lakewood and am so thrilled to have these guys close by. Excellent customer service and knowledge. Dan knew more than anyone Ive ever spoken to about glasses and he got it done for less $ than I expected. I have coke bottles normally but he worked his magic and got me glasses that I can actually wear out in public. I will go out of my way to recommend these guys in the future.
