If I could rate it a 0 I would. That office adventure dental is a joke. They did not take care of my child. They were rude. They are not refunding money back to my card that my insurance has already told me is owed because they have already paid the claim instead they say they will resubmit and then in 7 - 14 business days I must properly request the refund or they dont have to give it back. They where 30 miniutes late for their own appointment and I requested the same team who worked with my child the first time I even had to change appointment times to have that same team and then we didnt have the same team!! Instead there was some younger girl who did not talk to my child she did not explain what was going on nothing. Then after using the gas on her gave her oxygen for a few minutes after telling me it needed to be 5 when she only did it for 2 and not once did she check my daughters heart rate or o2 saturation. I work in a hospital that was wrong! I was very disgusted with how the trip went. It became obviose that all the horror storys people said about that place were infact true and that the first visit just happened to be a fluke!!! I will never take my child their again and I would never recommend anyone use them. I should have got a second opionion when they told me she had the other two cavities that needed caps. After seeing how many people have been lied to there I wouldnt be surprised if I was too. One of the caps is 3 weeks post and already loose and on this tooth there wasnt any gaps or nothing now its like the whole tooth with the crown is half the size and completely gapped around it. I made such a mistake and my daugters mouth litterly looks worse! Sadly the pictures prove it. I also took my daughter to the vision side. HAHAHA what a joke. They told me okay she needs glasses but she is to young to see how bad the eyes are so wait tell next year and we will check again. I didnt like that and 2 months later will she has glasses becuase her eye site is terrible and is doing so much better in school now that she can fully see. I will never bring my child back there again. Oh and fyi acording to the rude women who was talking with me at the front desk about my bill that I paid for in advanced which somehow kept changing she also informed me that unless the money owed back to parents is more then 25 or 50 bucks she wasnt sure that, but unless its over that amount they dont have to tell you and arnt responsible for returing it you are responsible for requesting it. Like really. Working in the medical field myself I have never been so disgusted with a place like I am with them. I feel ashamed and stupid and made a mistake trusting them with my child. I recommend people stay far away from them, and that their practices and office honestly be investigated.

I will tell you now.... do not take your children to this place. Sadly our first visit was amazing. The staff we had kept my daughter calm and got everything done that they had planned (2 crowns and 2 fillings) They talked to her the whole time. No side conversations or anything. All attention was on my daughter. It was amazing. Had to come back 2 weeks later to do the other side. IT WAS SO HARD NOT TO RIP MY DAUGHTER OFF THE TABLE AND LOSE MY SH** ON EVERY EMPLOYEE IN THAT ROOM. They started with the gas and the jelly to get things numb. My daughter was completely fine. The dentist comes in and shoves the needle in her gums and she is crying that it hurts (I do understand that part hurts) She did calm down after that. Dentist came back in maybe 5 minutes later and just starts at it. My daughter screams that it hurts. The assistant started snapping at my 5 year old about how they didnt even touch her yet so she needs to stop because they didnt do anything and if she screams that it hurts it freaks them out and they think something is wrong. So they keep going. My daughter screams again. She is trying to point to the mask on her nose for the gas. The assistant slapped my daughters hand down and tells her not to move. Lucky for me my daughter is persistent and did it again and screams it is the mask. The dentist and assistant laughed said okay and readjusted it. They start the drilling. My daughter is still crying, screaming and trying to jerk away. She was joking on the water in her mouth and the assistant tells her that if she throws up that they are just going to keep going and wont stop. They have you sign this slip about the use of a blanket. I didnt understand the full severity of the blanket until they strapped my daughter down. They have little cloth hand cuffs to keep their hands down and do a full velcro straight jacket from neck down. All they had left was putting a crown on so I did let them do it. (I own that and regret it now) THE OVER ALL SERVICE FROM THIS VISIT WAS SH**. THE ASSISTANTS WERE TO WORRIED ABOUT TALKING ABOUT FOOD AND WHAT THINGS THEY SUCK AT IN THEIR JOB AND NEED TO WORK ON MORE TO TALK TO MY DAUGHTER. THEY MADE MY DAUGHTER LOSE ALL TRUST IN THEM AND PROBABLY ANY DENTIST AT THIS POINT WHEN THEY DIDNT LISTEN TO HER WHEN SHE SAID IT ALL HURT. OR TELLING HER TO GO AHEAD AND THROW UP BECAUSE THEY WONT STOP, OR HOW THEY HAVE OTHER KIDS AFTER HER SO SHE NEEDS TO STOP SO THEY CAN GET TO THEM. OR PROMISING THINGS TO MY CHILD LIKE THE ZOO AND ICE CREAM. Now I have to find a dentist to sedate my child to finish her dental work or just let her teeth go until they fall out. She did everything she could to run out of that office.

I had been taking my daughter there for 2 years and every check-up they said she was cavity free. The visit after her 6-year molars erupted they told me all 4 permanent teeth had severe cavities and needed to be crowned. When I looked I couldnt see anything. I asked to speak with the dentist and the hygienist told me she was busy but I could speak with her when we came in for the procedure. I decided to get a second opinion and its a good thing I did because my daughter doesnt have a single cavity! She has some discoloration where cavities may form but that is a far cry from her teeth practically rotting out of her mouth. I think this Adventure Dental is a SCAM and I would stay FAR away from them. I was also severely annoyed at the pressure they put on me to get eye exams for my children as well. I told them I dont have any concerns about their eyesight and it gets checked at their well-child appointments with their pediatrician. They kept giving me reasons why I should have them check it. Annoying!

These people say they will charge me one thing and then I get a bill for over $100 owed. They assured me it was covered under my insurance because I asked 3 or 4 times are you sure and they assured me over and over so I approved the work to be done. NOT happy about this. We are moving and have not a single penny so Im sure it will get reported on my credit. I tried to call the billing department and they asked me what state I was calling about. So the billing department has nothing to do with the office. That lady was already out of the office and would be until next week. It just SUCKS all the way around.
