I reviewed this location of comfort dental in a yelp review but I feel so strongly about my positive experience that I feel I had better share my experience here as well: Myself, wife and kids had appointments with Dr. Sloan Robison a few months ago. We have had such positive results, I felt I needed to come leave a nice review. First of all, Dr. Robison was really great with my kids. They had none of the anxiety that they usually have when visiting a dentist. My five year old even had a major filling and sat calmly through the whole procedure. Their teeth feel great. I hadnt been to a dentist in eight years. I had a few cavities, but easily and painlessly taken care of. Again, Dr. Robison was very kind, conservative, quick, and gentle. My teeth have really felt great. He also took the time to talk about further treatment plans and other concerns I had about my mouth. I also had a thorough cleaning. The dental assistants were all efficient and kind. Most impressively, my wife had probably the best dental experience of her life. She goes to the dentist every six months, but she insisted we all go to Dr. Robison while on vacation in Denver because of a positive emergency procedure she had had last year when traveling there. On this most recent visit, she had a number of cavities filled, fillings removed and redone, and a major prosthetic put in. These are the positive outcomes: first, she has struggled for twenty years with sensitive teeth. Dr. Robison thought a lot about this and examined the x-rays and was able to identify some of the problems. After the treatment he did, we can happily say that her sensitivity has dramatically decreased!! She has even been able to drink cold water! Secondly, to replace a failing bridge, Dr. Robison proposed a major crown be installed. We were wary of the cost and major procedure, but Dr. Robison spent a lot of time listening to and answering our concerns. He was willing to get all the appointments done in the week we were there on vacation, and honestly, my wifes teeth look stunning. They havent looked this good in 15 years. She gets compliments all the time now on how beautiful her teeth look. More importantly, shes comfortable. She has had so much dental pain and discomfort in her life, but she finally has relief and doesnt constantly worry about her mouth. All in all, it was a minor investment to do all of this work on the whole family, but it was so significantly cheaper than other dentists weve visited and got quotes from for the same work that it easily paid for our Denver vacation! I never thought we would find such a great dentist at this budget dental office.

I am currently a client who has Dental Insurance, as well as Medicaid as secondary insurance for now. I arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment, filled out all necessary paperwork within that time and wasnt seen until 20 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment. Once I was taken back, the dental assistant was very nice, friendly no problems with her. The whole reason I came to this dentist was for a cleaning, and tooth pain. Doctor wasnt very nice at all, not friendly or talkative at all. Ive NEVER had pain from a teeth cleaning, and today my teeth are sore. I supposedly have 10 cavities, (I was seen by a dentist 6 months ago). The dentist said my pain was from my so called cavities, didnt offer any advice about pain, I had to ask the dental assistant to ask AFTER my appointment was complete. She even saw a problem with my wisdom tooth coming out (I assumed this is why I have pain), all she recommended using Tylenol and Ibuprofen, google couldve told me that. So right after, I called my previous dentist, and they saw me right after. I do NOT have 10 cavities, stains NOT cavities. The pain is caused by my Wisdom tooth not having enough room to grow out. I now have a scheduled apt with my dentist, will not bill Medicaid, but Id rather pay my portion out of pocket, then be treated with unnecessary work. I feel they treated me this way because I have Medicaid, not necessary work. Will NOT be returning here again! Awful dentist.

To be perfectly honest this was a horrible experience. I recently made a appointment specifically to get a small area on my gums checked out and a average check up. I called and was able to get in the next day nice and early. When I went in everything seemed alright but they called me back and didnt even bother to get to me for probably close to an hour. Once they did start getting to me, the dentist seemed to be very rushed, only discussing how her shift was almost over and she wanted to go home and set me up with a total of 14 X-rays (Most dentists only do 4-6). They then proceeded to tell me a mark on my gums was normal discoloration and that a bit of pain in the tooth and gums where it was, was normal as well. They also said I had two cavities which I agreed to get filled. I missed the appointment but got a second opinion today from my normal dentistry who said I had no cavities what so ever just a build up of tartar on my lower teeth.Meaning the people here at the Huron one were willing to drill into healthy teeth that didnt need worked on at all. These people are not professional in any manner, and are inexperienced. Im wondering if they even have a proper degree. If you need to go to a Comfort Dental, go to the one on Washington. Much better staff, so much more experienced.

Yesterday March 30, 2011 I was attended to by Dr Jasmine Cuin-Parker and it was a great experience. She reminded me of the Spanish gal from the T.V. Show Modern Family. Very funny :) The key to a good Dentist is small hands and Jasmine has small hands It wasnt as if I had some Dentist with Paws the size of Oven Mitts all clumsy inside my mouth. She made the situation go very smoothly and I appreciated her jokes as well as her humility. Nice lady and it made my double deep cleaning and wisdom tooth filing a breeze. I was in and out in 2 hours 30 minutes! If I had made this appointment with any other Dentist they would have made me come in for 3 appointments. This place got it all done in one visit. Well worth shopping around for a Dentist! I felt no pain during the visit, and what little pain I had, after the novocaine wore off, went away after a couple hours :) Oh and the two gals who assisted were professional, quick and pleasant as well. The first gal did the x rays and set everything up, the second gal relieved the first gal. They seemed very at ease with Jasmine and the trio worked well together. It was nice seeing the Team work go so easily with them as a crew. Pleasant experience :) I will for sure return again :) Susan Z :)

The absolute worst experience ever!!!! I saw Dr. Bromell for a severe tooth infection. My neck and jaw is swollen and I am in the worst pain Ive ever been in, involving tooth pain. Turns out I have 2 abscessed molars, and she proceeded to tell me that it is very serious and need to get it taken care of. She gave me a prescription for 7 days worth of antibiotics, and when I asked for a prescription for just enough pain medication to help until the antibiotics start helping, she told me to take advil! I called up there to get the doctors name to file a complaint, the office manager proceeded to cuss me out and hung up on me. We went up there to get her name and the doctors, and she responded by pushing us out of the office, flipping us off and cussing us out. It got so bad, I had to have the Thornton police go up there. I have never been treated so badly by any business!!! That office manager has NO business working with the public!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!
