I cannot write accurately that I loved the experience. It takes a unique if, indeed, bizarre person to use the word love when describing the experience of having a crown placed onto what remains of a decay-infected tooth. I can say, without ambiguity or hesitation that the care I received was unsurpassed in competence and with attention to all details. My crown replacement was challenging due to advanced decay in the tooth. Considerable unplanned time was needed to re-shape the crown replacement and the molar and to insure all decay was removed. These folks are dedicated professionals of the highest order and kept at the task until it was completed perfectly. So, I give five stars but I hesitate to describe the event as a beneficiary of my love.

When I hear a friend or colleague complain about their dentist, I always encourage them to go to the Acacia Dental Team. Doctors Mulvany and Novelen and their staff dont stop working until they reach perfection. During a procedure, they always check on how Im doing, am I comfortable. Theyre fun, interesting people to chat with and they provide amazing dental volunteer work for communities in need around the world. Their hygienists are great to visit with and encourage me on how Im caring for my teeth and coach me on ways I can improve. Frankee and the rest of the front office team make sure Im maximizing my dental coverage and explain all my costs. The dental office is a modern, pleasantly designed environment. I highly recommend it.

Let’s be honest a trip to the Dentist isn’t always a ton of fun but the entire staff at Acacia Dental does their best to make your dental experience as painless and convenient as possible. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Mulvany for a few years and everyone at Acacia has always been nice and polite. They all have great communication in person, over the phone, and through email and that has made everything from scheduling appointments, making payments, and follow-ups perfect. Each Hygienist that has worked on my teeth have been gentle and explained their process always checking in to make sure I understand what is going on and that I am comfortable.

I was a first time visitor here and they made my dental experience just great. The Dentist and his assistant were very helpful, friendly, and considerate. They asked me my detailed history, helped me figure out what was causing my problems, gave me informative advice and were very gentle with the cleaning and after care. They also were very realistic on what needed to be fixed now and what can wait, where other dentists have pressured me to get work done now that wasnt really an emergency or necessary. I loved this place and actually look forward to going back! (not usually what i say about my dentsits visits, but hey, i really did love it)

Just went through 3 roots and 1 wisdom tooth extraction with no pain whatsoever. The surgical dentist, Dr. Novelen, has great hands, manners and decision making. I know it because Im not only a patient but also a physician. I am also very much impressed with Dr. Mulvany who shares the same great manners and decision making. It is clear from the moment you step into the clinic that these 2 dentists and their team have the patients best interest in their mind. They would not recommend unindicated interventions but rather strive to find the best indicated cost effective solution for you. I highly recommend them to everyone.

My family has been using Acacia for a very long time. The staff of Acacia always treats us like family when we come in. Before that it seemed every dentist we used we couldnt trust that they had our best interest. Dr Novelen & Dr Mulvaney give us great personal care and are willing to spend the time to explain everything that is going and and our options. The hygienest there are 2nd to none. Brittney is my hygienist and is amazing!

We have used Acacia Dental since we were married in 1988. My wife has been a patient sice 1986. We have used Acacia for everything; from basic check ups to bridges and crowns to braces. Acacia has met our every need and gone above and beyone our expectations. I would recommend their services to everyone. However, I have tried their green chili and would not recommend it :-)

Horrible communication. Do not recommend for new patients. I went here years ago and they did great. Went back a couple weeks, was told what my copay would be with my insurance, I asked 3 times before I went in for services 3 weeks later got a bill in the mail for more money. Absolutely unprofessional, spoke with Alicia who was of no help. Do not go here!
