I would like to highly recommend my OB/GYN Dr. Stephen L. Stoll, MD, who recently semi-retired from his own practice in Greenwood Village and joined Age Management MD at their office in Centennial. (By semi-retired, I think he just cut back on his hours and doesnt deliver babies anymore.) Dr. Stoll is a truly old-school physician - they dont make them like that these days! He is very thorough and professional, and takes his time to really know you. Nurse Jessie is a gem - similarly "old-school" - and she and Dr. Stoll have worked together for umpteen decades. Dr. Stolls staff is also outstanding. They go above and beyond the scope of OB/GYN to educate you and to give referrals based on their own personal experience (i.e. dentists, internists). I have not yet had a billing problem - apparently they work well with our insurance provider. From what I can tell, this new office Age Management MD is organized and well-run. They have an easy-to-use, secure patient portal that enables good communication: your post-check-up reports and tests results are shared with you via the portal as soon as available, and the staff reply to your messages within 2 business days. Patients should take the time to make use of this excellent tool. Bottom line: if you need a top OB/GYN, try and get in with Dr. Stoll.

I was searching for a doctor to counsel me on bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and found Dr. Lee through a Google search. His website looked great, and his practice seemed like a good fit, so I called him. The first phone number I found and called from the website ended in a "Im sorry. No one is available to take your call right now." and a hang up. The second call (after a second search online under his name) resulted in a woman who was polite enough but obviously busy and placed me on hold without asking me first. The second woman who came on the line interrupted me while I was explaining what I was looking for and asked me what insurance I had. After I told her, she said, "is that the full plan or just the one for seniors." That was all I needed to hear. I am continuing my search for a practice that doesnt see me only as an insurance plan.

The Dr.s in this office are great. It is unfortunate that the rest of the staff is not. They are extremely unorganized and not very friendly. I had faxed some forms to them and they lost them, then treated me like it was my fault. No one person can answer any questions for you, it is a constant game of pass the phone and leave a message.
