I called to make an appointment at the end of October. The receptionist told me that I couldnt make an appointment because I was self-pay. I told her Id pay whatever the fee was up front. She then told me that she would have to find out the fee and that she would call me back. I never got a call back from her EVER. I called again and again and again and was finally given the price of $151.50 which I gladly paid when I went to my appointment. Fast forward to a few weeks down the road when I get a bill from them for $357.50 after I had paid what the receptionist told me to pay and had said that is all it would cost. I have now been calling the billing department since the end of November and have not heard a word from them till today (end of January). Im sick of the excuses and being treated so poorly by almost everyone I have talked to. Also when I was in for my appointment I waited THREE hours in the waiting room. THREE HOURS. As much as I love Dr. Hewitt, Im just not putting up with his sub-par office staff who treated me like a 2nd class citizens because I was self-pay. Id save your time and go anywhere else.

I called to schedule an appointment, and was refused treatment because Im self-pay! I didnt ask for payment plans as I expect to pay my bill same day, heck, bill me ahead, prior to treatment, I dont care. Just really need care for a pain Ive carried for 2 months now. Im prejudiced against because I have money. WT....?!

I cant speak highly enough of Dr. Weinerman. I tore my ACL skiing and he made me feel very comfortable about the procedure, eased my stress before surgery and was very positive about my recovery. His staff always calls me back quickly and has been very helpful. I highly recommend him.

I filled out new paperwork for my contact new information, someone clearly didnt update the computer. Showed up to appointment only to find out my Dr had emergency surgery. Their front office staff has no clue about customer service.will never use office again.

I have had nothing but the best of treatment at COC. The staff is highly competent and friendly and my shoulder surgery with Dr. Michael Hewitt has been a complete success. I expect to be back at my job teaching tennis very soon and without any pain.

I have gone to Dr. Stull twice and both times he has done a excellent job. My last surgery was Jan 20 2014 he replaced my right shoulder and within 4 weeks I was raising my arm up over my head.

Didnt do my homework until now. Horrible, horrible, horrible. Unethical and unprofessional. Can go on and on...Weinermans nurse is the major culprit. Entire staff is consistently rude.

Great people, had both shoulders repairs a after vehicle accident. Dr Hewitt did both and I highly recommend him his skills and his personality are fantastic.
