Before deciding on Dr. Broadway to do my surgery I did months of research and couldnt find any bad reviews for Dr. Broadway. Once I decided to go to Dr. Broadway I started the process and moved through the pre-surgery process pretty quickly. I was very impressed by Dr. Broadway and his staff and their professionalism. The certifications that Dr. Broadway has and his before and after photos as well as the reviews and testimonials made me feel very comfortable with my decision. I also felt a sense of security that Dr. Broadway has his own surgery center and therefore the cleanliness, quality control and staff knowledge would be higher than if the surgery was scheduled at another facility. I am very happy with my results. The only complaints I have do not have anything to do with the surgery or my results. On the day of my surgery I went in at my scheduled time and was immediately told that Dr. Broadway was running behind. I assumed that there had been a complication with one of the prior surgeries. I had not had anything to eat or drink all day as per instructions so I was not very comfortable because surgery was scheduled for mid-afernoon already and now it was being pushed out farther. I wondered why they didnt contact me and let me know about the delay and ask me to come in at a later time, but assumed they were not aware far enough in advance about the delay. When I finally was taken back to pre-op (an hour after my scheduled time) I thought I was close to being taken into surgery, but I was wrong. I still had two hours to wait. I was very hungery and thirsty and sat in an uncomfortable bed for two hours. While I was waiting the nursing staff did what they could to make me as comfortable as possible. They were great. I tried my best to be patient until one of my nurses told me the reason for the delay. They first patient of the day to have surgery had decided to add a procedure to her surgery and intsead of telling her she would have to reschedule Dr. Broadway had agreed to add the procedure that put everyone elses surgeries behind. At that point I got very upset that money that could be earned on the added procedure became more important than the comfort and satisfaction of the other patients. And I couldnt believe they knew first thing in the morning that they were running behind and they did not notify me so I could stay in the comfort of my own home for an extra couple of hours. The care I received after my surgery was excellent and I have not had any issues until today. I have had an appointment scheduled for my 8 week checkup for 5 weeks now and I had to actually schedule it for 9 weeks after my surgery because the office is not close to my home or work so I am restricted to Fridays for my appoinments. The appointment was scheduled for this Friday. They called me this morning to tell me they had to reschedule my appointment because they decided to have an office meeting on Friday and now I cant get in until Friday, August 9th. Even though they are the ones that have to reschedul they will not work around my schedule so now my 8 week checkup will be 11 weeks post-op. Dr. Broadway does great work and the surgical staff are amazing, but I am very unhappy with how I have been treated. As soon as they were paid they figured they didnt need to take care of me as a customer.

In 2008, I had consultations with three of the notable top plastic surgeons in Colorado. Dr. Broadway, was my last consult. While both the other doctors were polite and very knowledgeable, there was just something extraordinary about Dr.B and his staff. He took the time to listen to my history. I had already gone through a breast augmentation in 2000 and was dealing with complications including my right breast being capsulated. He was patient and sincere even when it was something I didnt want to hear. He asked just as many questions about me as I asked about my options. I felt very calm and reassured which is not an easy task since I am a naturally nervous person. I waited several years to make a decision because of multiple hurdles in my personal life. I emailed Nicole, his assistant, to ask how to proceed and she picked back up with me as if I had just seen her the day before. She walked me through every step of the process. My second consult was just as pleasant as I remembered from the first. I was definitely a high maintenance patient. I not only had a capsulated implant but they were saline, above the muscle and put in through my armpits by another surgeon over a decade ago. After discussing all my options, we put together a plan that I felt comfortable with and proceeded. Every staff member I encountered had the same pleasant, warm hearted and professional demeanor as Dr.B. They answered every question with clarity and kept me at ease throughout. Even though I had been through an augmentation before this would be a new experience with all the repair work needed, plus a longer recovery time since I chose to go under the muscle. The process was smooth throughout from consult to after surgery advice and care. After the surgery was complete and the recovery process started, the staff stayed in contact and continued to answer any questions. I had many questions, concerns and anxiety with anything that was different from my first surgery. Amy answered every phone call, offered options for my questions and always reassured me of a speedy recovery. She would even offer additional consults just to double check my health an ensure that I was ok. I had high expectations of my results because Dr. Broadway is a very talented and renown surgeon. I can honestly confess that he went above and beyond the call of duty. It was more than a simple process, Dr. Broadway and his staff made it a positive experience from start to finish. I am thrilled with my new body. I would recommend him and his staff to anyone even considering plastic surgery, you will never feel pressured and you will be fully informed of all your options. Did I mention that his work is also incredible? Oh yes, hes not only a doctor but an artist...

I had always wanted to get a breast augmentation due to the severe asymmetry I had, and after graduating with my masters degree I knew it was time to give myself a gift. Being a nurse practitioner in the medical field, I was extremely worried and knew I needed to find a caring, competent, knowledgeable, intelligent, and compassionate surgeon. I did a google search and came across Dr. Broadways site. Honestly, I was attracted to the site because it was very well done and I could browse through numerous before and after photos. I then read about Dr. Broadways credentials and accomplishments and felt safe having a consultation. I was pleasantly surprised at my first visit. The office is beautiful and the receptionists were extremely friendly. My husband and I spent a couple hours there that first time getting all of our questions answered and looking at photos. At the end of the appointment, we had decided on my personal surgery plan and scheduled a date for surgery. Once I got home, I became very apprehensive about what I had chosen and emailed the patient representative, Nicole, right away. She told me to come in for a free second consultation, because they wanted me to feel completely comfortable with the surgery and Dr. Broadway. The office staff and Dr. Broadway spent more time discussing my options and allowing me to voice my concerns. I am sure that they were so tired of all the questions my husband and I asked. With both of us in the medical field we were overly concerned and cautious! I ended up needing two surgeries, due to a possible infection in one side, but I would do it all over again. I am so happy with my choice to have the surgery and to have Dr. Broadway as my surgeon. He is one of the most caring doctors I have ever met (and I have met a few). He is very particular about his work and wants everything to be done the right way. I had my second surgery around the fourth of July holiday and Dr. Broadway was out of town. He gave me his personal cell phone number in case I had any questions or issues after my surgery. I would recommend this office and physician to anyone, and although I had unforeseen complications, I would do it all again in a heartbeat. THANK YOU DR BROADWAY AND STAFF FOR CHANGING MY LIFE AND FOR MAKING ME LOVE MYSELF AGAIN!!
