I have been a patient of Arbor Family for about 4 years. Diana, the P.A. at the Thornton branch is amazing, but sadly I will never again go to Arbor Family for my medical care. The rest of the staff does not know what they are doing, they have given me wrong information multiple times, one time I sat for 2 hours waiting for lab work to be drawn because one of the desk staff forgot to tell the lab I was there. Today I had an urgent medical need (on a Saturday) and Dr. Hahn refused to see or even talk to me despite having an open schedule. I had to relay all the questions through the receptionist, who I know was not accurately relaying my info to him because she would come back and repeat to me what she told him and it was incorrect. I have been struggling with whether I wanted to keep my care in the hands of these incompetent people for quite awhile and their only saving grace was that Diana is so great. But after Dr. Hahns blatant disregard for my well-being I will never give this office my business again.

I Started going here when it was first built and left after some insurance issues. My parents, however, continued to go here. My father has since passed but my mother continues to go here. I am so disappointed with these people. They have failed many times in making sure they are keeping her healthy. It took my mother telling her doc that she wanted off her narcotics to get them to do it. There was no reason for her to have been taking them for over 14 years from a surgery on her brain and for back pain. She also has went to the hospital many times due to symptoms they ignored. I work in the medical field and see that these people dont do much more that the bare minimum in care. I would not recommend anyone with medical issues starting care here. We are finding her a new Primary Care office. I am posting this every where I can because I dont know how they have such good reviews. Care has been the same for the past 16 years.

My experience was totally positive. Front desk was nice, I saw the doc in less than 15 min, she diagnosed me correctly, and then I had my blood taken by the in-house plebotimist. My entire appointment took maybe 30 min. It is a month later now, and I need to go back in for a follow up blood test. I called for an appointment, and the receptionist polietly told me to stop in anytime except the lunch hour, no appointment needed. I see a couple of negative reviews here from a few years ago, but seeing as they are google user, hard to say if they are real.

After looking for a new doctor for a few months Dr. Nash came highly recommended by my neighbor. I can tell you after having the same doctor for over 22 years looking for a new one was very intimidating. Dr Nash wants to know everything about you which is GREAT! She has wonderful bedside manor and is easy to talk to and she listens to everything you have to say. I also want to say how great all of the assistants are and how wonderful all of the ladies and gentlemen are when you first check in. Thank you for making my transition to a new Dr. easy.

Rude on the phone and front desk. Office Administrator doesnt care either. Call us stupid for continuing to go back over and over for the same thing and they treat it with the same medication even though it doesnt work. Just enought to make you feel better but not enough to cure the issue. Thats what you call job security, huh. You rarely see an actual doctor. The assistant looks at your chart and treats you the same way they did last time. There are so many doctors that want to resolve peoples issues. Shop around. You will be glad you did!

My wife and i called about new patients if they take our insurance... They take are insurance, but they dont? Wanted us to change pcp to there provider. we are new, wanting a first appointment but they told us if we dont change our pcp to theirs they dont take our insurance. . I told them i been thru many Drs and specialist and surgions never been asked to change our insurance card. So In saying this we wont be going there. I dont know how the Drs are. But my first impression on the phone was real bad to me.

Great Dr.s office. Dr.Philip J. Rosenblum, M.D. has been an awesome replacement for my prior doctor, who moved to another state. After several attempts at locating a good doctor in Brighton (unable to find one, for me.) I found this office. This Dr. is extremely educated and seems to genuinely care about his patients. I would definitely recommend this doctor to those searching.

Moved to the are and looking to get into a new family doctor. I have called three times and sat on hold for 15 minutes each just to talk to someone. When I call back they say "hold for a few more minutes" last time I check few meant "three" not fifteen! Called Lark Ridge Family Medicine and talked to someone right away, I Also got in the next day.

Everyone was very nice but I have called them twice to see if they sent my prescription to walgreens and both times the receptionists said "the dr recorded it but it hasnt been sent. Well put a note in for them to send it." And still two days later nothing has been sent to walgreens.

I had Dr.sidhu, but she passed away, r.i.p you were a great person , I now have melanie anderson and her assistant Sara. Dr.Anderson really takes the time to hear you out and give you options on the best care available. I like being a patient and not a number.

Ive been going to this office for about 7 years. Everyone from when you walk in to seeing your doctor are always very nice. I never have waited very long and the doctor and when the doctor does see me I never feel rushed.

Dr Nash has treated me 12 Years for serious issues and she has been great. Now she helps all my daughters. Great doctors front desk is busy but no issues. Blood draw right away, xray in house. Perfect fit for my family.

Worst doctors office I have been too. They dropped my son as a client for no reason and came to find out that they didnt even record the shots in the system either. So happy I found a new better doctor.

My first visit was a 15 minute lecture on vaccines. They also made me switch my pcp to them before seeing me, which I am now finding out is not a requirement of my insurance company.
