Altura Periodontics is in a beautiful, very modern office. I was greeted promptly by a friendly staff member. I was seated for my appointment on time. Dr. Neugeboren and Carma took GREAT care of me. Dr. N is very thorough in his examination; he explained my periodontal condition to me in terms that I could understand. He and Carma made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I highly recommend this skilled team. edited 6-9-15 to add: I had the first of two gingival grafts performed yesterday. The procedure was completely painless. Dr. N took great care in making sure that I was comfortable throughout my appointment. He also gave me updates about the appointment regarding his findings during the graft process, and a timeline. This communication was so helpful to me! I took comfort in knowing that my graft was going just as planned. Giving me approximate times, step-by-step, gave me a "countdown" that really helped mentally break up the appointment. Carma gave me very specific and detailed after-care instructions. She answered all of my questions. I never once felt rushed throughout the appointment. Dr. N personally called me today to make sure that I was feeling okay. All of these "little things" really add up to show how much this team genuinely cares about their patients.

My experience at Altura Periodontics was outstanding. First we met with Ed who was more than helpful, he worked with my insurances and went above and beyond what he needed to do. I think he is going to save me at least a thousand dollars. He has more work ethic than anyone I have been with in a very long time. The front desk is also very friendly and helpful, and my Dr. Pomeranz did a wonderful job on my sinus augmentation, bone graft and surgical implants. I would recommend anyone to go to Altura periodontics if you want the job done professionally!!

I had surgery on my gums and a bone graph and Dr. Neil gave me a play-by-play while he was doing the work. It only took about an hour flat which was amazing to me. I did the normal dose of pain meds when I got home, but believe it or not, my mouth really was not hurting after about 5 or 6 hours. I will be back here if I have anything needing to be done to my mouth like this again.

At first, I had a very negative view of this place. But Daniel, the technician, was absolutely phenomenal - he was telling jokes during my procedure & did everything he knew to keep me calm. The procedure was done in under the estimated time; amazingly, I had no swelling at all & almost no pain!! I highly recommend Dr. M & do whatever you can to have Daniel assist!!

Thank you to Dr Reissner and the wonderful staff. Soon I will have a big smile and beautiful teeth again. The surgery for my implants was complicated by having less bone than is ideal. Dr. Reissner used his surgical skills to compensate for that. I consider myself lucky to have him for my doctor.

I had dental gum surgery done in 2002 with Dr. Marc Reissner to correct pockets in my gums that my regular Dentist had let slip by. I have been going back once a year for cleaning and check ups and I have not had any further problems since! I am very pleased with the care I am receiving now.
