Its best to go up there before 8am, then it wont take endless hours to get your business with them done. I was not pleased with my next to last visit in November 2016. I was promised a bill would be paid, because it was their fault the bill existed in the first place (long story), but the bill was not paid, and i found out with a letter from Colorado Springs Neurology, who also lied about calling me back in December to get this bill handled... Either way, its on my credit now, so a collection agency notified me that it wasnt paid, so, yeah, Im not too happy with social services, but, usually, they do not communicate within their system, with one another, plus, they waste Alot of paper sending the same letters, usually years old news that theyve already told you, and it says absolutely nothing, sometimes. Just a waste, but 2 Out of 10 times, they get it right !

Me da lástima opinar tan mal sobre un WIC ya que afortunadamente a mi siempre me habían tratado bien. .pero en este en particular las trabajadoras latinas son muy groseras y mal educadas si ponerse a pensar que gracias a la gente que acude ahí tienen trabajo. Espero que el trato cambie y sepan comportarse con educación y respeto hacia las personas.

Ms. Kimberly is an amazing person she is always happy to see us and we are always happy to see her, she has always helped me and my kids. All staff has always been nice and helpful.

Staff was completely rude , I could hear them yelling at each other and then the doors didnt open until 755 and my Appt was at 745. This place absolutely SUCKS.
