Kira is wonderful. She is very knowledgeable. I am very into fitness, and wellness. I take pride in taking vitamins, supplements, and eating right. She taught me about the difference in Methylcobalamin and Cyano B12, to ensure I was absorbing an effective amount of B12. Her ear seeds/ear crystals were a huge help in me quitting cigarettes. I smoked for 15 years, and tried to quit numerous times with no success. I am an emotional smoker, and this is why quitting is difficult for me. My cravings are very acute when I am under stress. With the ear crystals I was able to quit smoking. It eliminated my cravings. I got them the day I quit smoking, and didnt crave cigarettes the few days that i wore the ear crystals. I now get regular acupuncture treatments to help with my cravings. Ive been cigarette free since. I have had a shoulder pain in my right shoulder for over 10 years. I believe it is from desk jobs, bad posture, and my health issues over the years. The pain is almost constant. After acupuncture treatments, my pain decreased significantly. Ive had 2 treatments, and Im very happy with the results.

I have suffered with elbow pain on an off for over 5 years from physical activities. Any lifting or various sports would trigger the pain. The pain was more of a pinched nerve feeling than a joint issue. I attempted rest, ice, and several anti-inflammatory medications. It was getting to the point where my fingers were getting numb for days at a time. Whenever I felt healed up it was only temporary as one wrong pull or move would trigger the cut off blood flow and an aching pain. It was recommended to me by a friend to go see an Acupuncturist and take a different approach on healing. Kira was very professional and knowledgeable about my situation. The treatment was very relaxing and healing. I felt the pressure off my elbow after the first treatment. I have full movement and no pain after a few treatments with Kira. I have continued to see her for any preventative injuries and always leave relaxed. I have recommended Kira to several family members and friends for various acupuncture needs. Her wisdom and knowledge will help ease your pain and reduce any stresses you may have.

Let me start off by saying that Kira is fabulous! I had been horribly ill for over 6 days. I was bed-ridden and unable to work, and even spent 2 days basically in and out of sleep. It was bad. and I needed to try to get back to work sooner than later. So I booked an appointment at True Health Acupuncture for a treatment. She did a cupping and acupuncture treatment. By the morning I was mountains better. I was even able to take my mother to the pre-planned brunch for her birthday. Afterwards I was back in bed, but each day I got better. I had never tried cupping and I must say, it can work miracles. After some stressors a week later I was sick again, but after 2 days I saw Kira and the treatment worked beautifully. I was feeling much better by the next day and was able to enjoy thanksgiving with my family. She also did some gorgeous crystal ear beads that have lasted an impressive amount of time. I rubbed them throughout the day and the amount of improvement I got in just one treatment makes me a solid believer. Go see Kira!

I have had terrible shoulder problems for as long as I can remember. I have had 2 reconstructive shoulder surgeries in the last 6 years. It has gotten to the point where my orthopedic surgeon has started to hint that I may need a shoulder replacement. While I have learned how to deal with my lack of shoulder mobility, the pain is often almost unbearable. So unbearable, that I cannot remember the last time that I got a full nights sleep. I went to see Kira in an attempt to alleviate the pain. Kira was very friendly and professional, which made me really comfortable. She asked a lot of questions in order to personalize the treatment for my pain. After the treatment was completed, I wasnt quite sure what to think, but as the day progressed I realized that my shoulder felt better than it had several years. That night, I went to bed and had the best sleep that I have had in recent memory. I will definitely be going back to Kira and highly recommend her to anybody in the market to get quality acupuncture.

I need to let the universe know of just how amazing Kira is. When I went to get a treatment from her I was not expecting much as I had acupuncture aND actually got hurt. That day I was feeling extremely depressed and very suicidal but she did a treatment to get rid of my past trauma negative energy and when I left I feel happiness that I have not felt in 3 years. I felt lighter a very relieve. I gone to therapist for years and I got more out of one session with Kira than I did in 3 years of therapy. I highly recommend you try this out she is very intuitive and knows exactly what you need for healing and no pills involve, GREAT! Kira bless you and thank you so much, You have save my life! I will continue to come to forever.

I had heard so many good things about this place and decided to give it a try. I had been suffering from intense neck/shoulder pain I made an appointment and have nothing but amazing things to say, including that Ive never slept better after my first appointment. Kira was great, she explained the process, discussed my problems and continuously checked in to make sure everything was ok. She made me feel very comfortable about the whole process and I too, was pleased with the outcome of my first visit. As an Acupuncture newb, I was unsure where to start but I would HIGHLY recommend this place for anyone.

Having an absolutely amazing experience with Kira at Tru Health. Went in seeking help with stress, muscle fatigue, and just generally feeling run-down and not myself for the last several months. Within 2 sessions I started to feel like a new person! I am definitely keeping up my regular acupuncture maintenance routine from now on. Cant believe I went that long without trying it.
