Seems like a recurring event. My wife went to have a mole removed from her leg and I went with. At the initial appointment, we waited 45 minutes to be seen. There were two receptionists up front that did not even acknowledge our long wait time, let alone apologize for it. Yet, these two receptionists were bantering back and forth about the number of "no show" appointments they had this morning. No Shows! How long would we have to wait if everyone showed up? In consulting with Dr. Theriault, she was pleasant and upbeat, and at this point seemed to have done a good job at the mole removal. However, it has been two months and there is a substantial amount of itching and redness at the mole removal site. Dr. Theriault did say this was normal and give it more time. We will see. As to billing, we were told that the labs that the specimen would be sent to would be the lab that was on our insurance plan when we called in for the initial appointment. When I gave the receptionist the lab card and info of where to send it out to, she told me that this wasnt the lab that they use. I told them not to send it out until I either talk to the doctor, or the billing person to see what the cost would be. Not getting a call back, I called their clinic and was directed toward the billing person. She told me that the specimen had been sent out to their lab and that there was nothing that she could do about it. So the lab bill that should have been about $200 was now $500. This clinic has the "Im the supreme doctor and your the lowly patient attitude". Especially from the staff. My wife will not be going back to this facility if a follow up is needed, and I would not recommend them to anyone else.

Visited Dr Theriault to have several moles removed. Only one of the three was removed in entirety. The other two were only partially removed. I was then billed for $276. The doctors resolution was to come in and go under the knife again at no cost, and then they would discount my bill by 25%. I proposed a new resolution, since I wasnt comfortable being treated by someone who didnt do the job properly in the first place. I would only be responsible for paying 1/3 of the $276, since only one mole was properly removed. Though willing to accomodate me, the billing clerk was exceptionally awkward and abrupt on several occasions, nearly hanging up on me. I was also sent a new bill for the agreed upon amount of $60 odd, and then several days later, I received another bill for $135. I had to call once again to get the situation cleared up, and was nearly hung up on again by the billing clerk.

I will never be back. Had to wait 30 min for my 1st appointment (no apology). When 1 month passed and my rashes only worsened (MUCH worse than before I even saw the doctor) I tried to make a follow up appointment. The nurse was INCREDIBLY rude to me. Would not answer any of my questions. Scheduled me for a follow up at the other office location that I do not use without notifying me so when I show up to my standard office they are closed! They did not apologize AGAIN. I would not recommend anyone to go here. To not recognize the importance of customer service in this day and age of plentiful providers is to have a death wish for your business.

I would give this dermatologist office negative stars if I could. WORST DERMATOLOGIST IN COLORADO. Do not go here! I had 3 biopsies done at different times and all 3 got infected! I had to go on antibiotics all 3 times. They all tested positive for a staph infection!! I had to see my PCP and go to urgent care because no one from Apex would return my calls and if I did talk to someone they kept giving me excuses as to why its probably not infected. I am appalled at the lack of service and uncleanliness of this place. Please please dont ever go here and if you already do find a new dermatologist ASAP!!

How many times can you say that someone saved your life? I went in for my regular checkup, and Dr. Wallner saw a tiny suspicious spot. After biopsy it was determined to be aDesmoplastic Melanoma, and an In Situ melanoma. The oncologist was extremely impressed it was found at .99mm as it disguises itself as a lesion, and mostly does not get detected until it is 4 mm! By finding it this early, they could find no trace of cancer in lymph nodes, brain or liver. Well done Dr. Wallner!

I waited nearly 40 minutes to be seen at initial visit and almost an hour on the second (and never saw the doctor). Both were EARLY morning appointments. Needless to say I wont be back for a third. The staff is nice but this type of wait time is not only ridiculous but it is very insensitive and downright rude to the patients. If you book expect to wait...and wait...and wait!!

This place was incredible. The doctor saw me for a skin growth the same day that I called. She was incredibly friendly and very competent. She removed the growth quickly and virtually painlessly, and was energetic and engaging throughout. She worked with me financially in a way that actually left me a little (happily) surprised. I would definitely recommend this skin care clinic.

You may have a bit of a wait but if your physician is Dr. Friednash you have the best and is worth any delay.She is extremely thorough and competent and has found several skin problems I have had to have removed. I will continue to go to her for I know I will be getting the care needed.

Dr. Teriault is simply the best dermatologist I have ever been treated by. She takes the time required to treat correctly, rather than rush off to the next patient. Her staff if very nice and professional while creating an atmosphere reflecting of true caring.

DO NOT GO HERE. I had fractional laser resurfacing and was red for 8 MONTHS. Steer clear - the doctors only care about their bottom line.
