The practice is very professionally run. The esthetician Edina has the best personality of anyone you will ever meet. She is easy to talk to, and is very good at what she does. I have been in for extractions/facials twice now and have seen major results. I am on accutane, and she is very gentle with the skin, using different technologies to prevent infection. She even came into the office on her day off to work on me. She takes pride in her work, partly from personal experience of acne troubles herself, and in being the caring person she is. Prices are very reasonable, and I dont think you could get better service elsewhere. Francis Skin Surgery and Dermatology is your place to go for skin troubles. Thank you Dr. Shayla Francis, and Edina Kutor for your excellent work regarding my acne troubles.

Dr. Francis and staff are great with their clients. They charge $13/unit for dysport and $15/unit for botox. Dysport is typically 1/3 the price of botox due to strength of the product. Average price for Dysport is around $3-4 Unfortunately I will never be returning nor will any of my friends.

Dr. Francis is great, as is her office staff. i had the MOHS procedure on my lip (she removed 1/2 of my upper lip) and the result is amazing. Its very difficult to even see the scar and its only been 2 months! I would highly recommend her for any derm procedures.
