I have been going here since 2011 for basal cell carcinoma. I drove from Golden, almost an hour, to find that the GPS brought me to SOUTH Ogden, not NORTH Ogden and apparently NORTH Ogden is not a destination for a GPS (my car is BRAND NEW!). I called the office to tell them and she put me on hold, the entire 15 mins it took for me to arrive at NORTH Ogden, so I was 15 mins late. I told the assistant at the desk and she said "Oh, that happens ALL the time." REALLY??? then maybe you need to do something about it so people dont arrive at SOUTH Ogden since NORTH Ogden is not a destination by GPS OR google maps. The receptionist went back to tell STEPHANIE I arrived and I was told she said she was in a meeting and I was too late and to reschedule. No problem--I wont be coming back to your office (at which I waited over an hour last time to be seen). And maybe the person who answered the phone and left me on hold for the duration of the 15 minute drive should be told that is unacceptable. Now I understand all of the bad reviews. Your arrogance, DR FRANKEL, shows in your reviews!

My primary care physician referred me to Sorkin Dermatology for a current medical issue. When I called to make an appointment I was informed that they do not have any appointments available for the next two months. This was obviously not going to work for me as my itchy skin is making me crazy. I assume my doctor likes this practice and that is why I was referred, but if you have an issue that you need taken care of within days (or weeks) youll need to find somewhere else to go.

I do not recommend going to Sorkin Dermatology. They force you to pay an $85 co-pay upfront. My insurance plan does not require any co-pays. I just looked at what my insurance would have covered from my visit and instead of it costing me $20 out of pocket, it cost me the $85. Sorkin taught me a great lesson and I will never be returning.

I went here for almost 2 years and Dr Serota always made me feel rushed and didnt make me feel like he cared about me. It felt like he was pushing me toward procedures and medications that were risky and unnecessary. Plus their billing system always seems to be acting up. I would suggest going to a more caring Dermatology group.

Ive been going to see Dr. Howe for my yearly checkup since I arrived in Colorado a few years ago. Excellent doctor and smooth process. I just finished an office visit today and was in and out of there in just 25 minutes.

Not sure why the negative comments. I was seen by Dr. Sarota 6 months ago and recently by Dr. Lemon. Both were very friendly, helpful and listened to my concerns. Highly recommend!
