I had an absolutely horrific experience with this practice. I have skin cancer so have to see a number of dermatologists on a regular basis and I can confidently say this was the worst experience Ive ever had. First the good: Booking the appointment was incredibly easy. They have this great online system that then sends you an email confirmation and even sends you a text the day before reminding you of your appointment time and date (but no other information). Now for the horrific: Nowhere in those emails or texts does it list the address of the office. So I drove down there this morning, arriving about 5 minutes early. However, the office is located in a massive multi-building medical complex and nowhere on the signs or directories does it give any indication that Applied Dermatology even exists. I ended up wandering around every building in the complex looking for the office to no avail. While wandering I called the office repeatedly and not only did they not answer, but the recording also said the office was closed. I finally found the office about 10 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start. I walked in and the receptionist just stared at me for 5 minutes (so now its 15 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start). When she finally acknowledged me I informed her of my situation and she told me I was too late and my appointment was cancelled. When I told her Id been calling repeatedly she said "oh THEY didnt answer" ...Im not sure who this mysterious "they" was seeing as she was the only person there...she unapologetically informed me that it was "way too late and not their fault." I promptly burst into tears and ran out of the office. I would NEVER recommend this office to anyone. This was an AWFUL experience and I didnt even get to see a doctor.

Misdiagnosis! Dont go here! Dont waste your money! The doctor diagnoses by guessing. My husband has ringworm but the doctor said it is not ringworm and gave him other medicine. When we requested a biopsy, the doctors smile disappeared. He seems not happy when you doubt him. He said, " I am a pretty good guesser." Unfortunately, He is not a good guesser, the medicine DOES NOT work at all, the ringworm spread all over my husbands body now. Now the doctor askes my husband to go back to do a biopsy! So we need to pay for another visit and spend more time. We choose to go to another place, not here anymore. If you dont want to waste your money and time, dont go here.

I have to say that I had a great experience here and recommended this office to my husband who also had a good experience, and Ive have scheduled my son to see Dr. Poggioli as well and came upon the first review. If the other reviewer had seen the doctor, she would have forgiven the rest of what happened to her in terms of the appointment. Very thorough and communicative and had a very nice and calming demeanor. Id recommend this office to anyone and I have no association with them beyond my own experience as a patient here.

I never have to wait long before my appointment. The doctor is always kind, professional and thorough in his explanations. I have even taken my five-year-old daughter to him. He is the best rheumatologist Ive ever seen.

My Whole family goes to Dr. Poggioli. He is great, very thorough and explains everything so you can understand what he is talking about.
