Dr Castle was very nice and professional. His office staff is absolutely the worst Ive ever dealt with. My son had a $10 balance due which they managed in less than a month to turn into $16 and now theyre calling several times a week leaving cryptic messages for him that they need to discuss his account. I told them Id send the payment by end of month and that doesnt seem to be good enough. And theyre really good at debating when what I know my insurance covers and clearly they think they know more. Wont be going back to this office EVER.

Dr. Castle is a great doctor with an excellent support staff, he obviously cares about his patients. Unlike many doctors I didnt feel rushed or get the feeling I was being pushed out of the office so he could get onto the next billable patient.

Dr. Castles office was awesome, I didnt have an insurance card just a copy on my phone so the girls printed it off and made me my own card!! Very personable as well as professional. Dr. Castle is always a joy as well!

Contrary to other reviews, Ive had a great experience here. Dr. Castle himself was professional and knowledgeable, and all the logistics with the office were so simple that I hardly noticed them. I strongly recommend!

Love it here. My husband is always taken care of. Dr. Castle is great. The receptionist Molly (I think is her name) is always sweet. Sarah is also very kind and helpful. Wouldnt go anywhere else.
