Dr. Doolan and Staff Currently Failing, Needs Improvement: Cons: 1.) They do not offer a meet and greet so you cant at least speak with a physician to get to know him/her before making your primary care physician (not even a 5 min. handshake-hello). 2.) Their hold music plays commercials (ads for Dish Network playing when I last called - Do they really the extra money?) 3.) The Receptionists Pat and Kris dont offer their names when answering the phones. 4.) It is difficult to find visitor parking at their facility and wasnt told about their hidden visitor spots when setting my first appt. (lots of assigned spots and difficult to find street parking) 5.) Dr. Doolan rarely gave eye-contact during my visits. He just stares at his notes on his iPad in his lap which gives the perception that he does not have any real interest in his patients. Its understood that they need to take notes but the eyes rarely came up (i.e. dismissive, arrogant, and scripted). Pros: They are quick to provide lab result feedback (be sure to have them send results to you to check for errors).
