I hate putting in a 1 star review for a "Good Doctor" and all but I do not know who does the accounts receivables but they charged my credit card WITHOUT my consent!!! I was trying to pay off my balance today 3/6/17, but I found out they charged my credit card already (WITHOUT my consent)...Very upsetting to know a good doctor with a poor billing staff that cannot do their job correctly...Making stories up and putting words in my mouth saying that I told them that they can charge my account every 1st of the month....TOTALLY FALSE & INVALID!!! I even tried to talking to the lady that answers the phone but that lady was flat out rude and did not want to deal with my concerns....Be aware when giving your information of your credit card to this billing dept. Shaking my head, I cannot believe this rebuttal...I was trying to pay the whole bill off for March but you charged my account without my consent! People have tight financial budgets, just be happy you are getting payments. There is reason why you are getting negative reviews with all the same issues!

I would not recommend Dr. Schreiber to folks suffering from GI issues. I was completely unimpressed by his arrogant demeanor and ways of practice. As someone mentioned in an earlier review, Schreiber made me go through multiple VERY expensive tests (including an endoscopy which is over $6,000 at the hospital of HIS choice). After the initial results from the procedure were clear/good, I did not hear from him. I finally made a follow-up appointment, paid the $50 co-pay only to sit in his office and have him ask me why we did the endoscopy and for him to tell me I simply have IBS and that there is no cure. SO infuriating. Please take your GI Issues elsewhere as he is not worth your time or your money.

I have been a patient of Dr. Schreiber since 1988 and he has been professional, compassionate, and caring. He genuinely cares about his patients. His manor can be fourth coming and he may not mince words, but that is because he wants you to understand the severity or lack of severity of the situation. Sometimes patients might think something is not as big of a deal as it truly is and sometimes we want to make a mountain out of a hill. Dr. Schreiber will be honest with you.

The office requires your credit card to be on file before letting you see a doctor. There are so many issues with this, first of all, it would be easy for the office to erroneously charge your card incorrect amounts or for someone to steal your information and use it- especially since they ask for social security numbers too. Stay away from this office, this isnt standard practice and we wont ever allow that to happen.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Schreibers since 1986...most of my adult life. I have found him to be more than just a doctor, as he has always taken the time to sit & learn how life has been in general, prior going off into an exam room. It is hard for doctors to find that kind of time given the way the medical field has changed...but Dr. Schreiber makes sure he knows you as a person...not just a patient.
