Dr Bowen was great and the technicians very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. The office staff... not so much. I was not greeted by the receptionist, let alone with a smile. The girl who ordered my new glasses and contacts took over 30 minutes AFTER Id picked out my frames and kept blaming it on a slow computer. I had to call after a week and a half to see if my order had arrived ("oh, yes, we have them right here"). When I went to pick up my new glasses - with a toddler and an infant in tow - it took almost ten minutes for the woman to bring them out to me and then as she was running my card, she quoted me the wrong price! When did customer service become a thing of the past? At least try to hurry if you see a mom with her hands full! Ill go back because I liked the doctor, but Ill have as little to do with the front office ladies as possible!

Recently I was in need of replacing my existing glasses because my actual eye vision had gotten slightly worse after a vision examination. See Life was able to replace my old eye glasses with new ones that I am very, very pleased with. The eye glasses (the frame its self has a very stylish look for my age in which I have had compliments from other people that these new frames help make me look a bit younger - thank God)! Anyway, the entire staff there were very professional and did everything in their power to make certain that my entire experience with their firm was one of "top notch quality and service" which I fell they hit the mark! The cost was also very reasonable I felt as well. I would highly recommend this firm.

Absolutely amazing staff. Beth helped me try on glasses and find the right frame for my face, she took the time to make sure I tried different options and was happy with my final choice. I am leaving for college out of state in a few days and when she heard I just planned on having my parents mail me the glasses when they were ready, she told me she would do everything in her power to get me the glasses before I leave. Sure enough, they were ready the next day! The lady who handed me the glasses told me Beth worked very hard on them, and Im so grateful for that. The rest of the staff were very friendly and I had a pleasant experience!! Definitely better than any eye doctor Ive been to before!

I have been seeing Dr Mearsha for years but just took my girls (3&5) to him. Talk about a total shock!! Him and his office staff were outstanding! Our wait time was very short, Dr Mearshas assistant talked with my kids, made them comfortable, made it fun, and showed them everything she was doing. Dr Mearsha was also the same way, lots of patience, made it fun, and explained everything to me as well. See Life has proved themselves as a great place to go, old and young. My girls even got a little loud and when staff walked down the hall there werent any dirty looks, just smiles (that doesnt happen often).

I have been going to See Life Family Vision for over 10 years and I have been extremely satisfied with the service I have received. Their exams are thorough and they take the time to explain their diagnoses in a way that is easy to understand. The staff is very friendly and I like that they are open until 7 pm on a couple of days in the week. Two years ago I moved out of the state and I return about once per year to visit family in the area. While I am home, I continue to go to See Life for my eye exams. I just cant imagine going anywhere else.

I gave them 2 stars because the optometrist and staff were very good, but when it came time to actually pick out glasses I was quoted prices that far exceeded anything I have ever had to pay for single vision glasses in my life; with insurance. Was quoted roughly $745 for a pair on my insurance plan and another at $750+ for their buy one get one 50% off deal. I decided to shop around and got comparable glasses for a total of $375 for both pair at Pearle Vision. I wont be coming back to See Life anytime soon.

Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I have never had to have glasses before so didnt know what to expect. The glasses were very expensive and I ask several people who have glasses what the cost for lenses run them. I have progressive lenses and the anti-reflective coating on them. Others have that as well and mine were anywhere from $150-$300 more. My vision is 20/40 so I cant justify paying what I did for glasses.

im done with place terrible customer service. They tell me no appointment required for contact fitting come in at anytime its only 60.00. Then I drive out if my way and nope appointment required 95.00. Like really. Horrible customer service.
