I have lived and worked in many countries during my lifetime and experienced many opticians and eye care facilities. Some good and some not so. I have recently settled in Centennial and needed to find yet another. This time I have found the best. Dr Jones is extremely thorough and diligent in all the examinations and tests I have received, explaining in depth results and recommended treatments. And at my age (61 years), it is very comforting to know I am receiving the best care my eyesight can get. The professionalism and friendliness also expands to all the staff at the practice. I cannot recommend or praise Dr Jones and his staff enough.

The doctor himself was nice enough but two separate times I called the office and talked to a receptionist I asked if I could purchase the contacts the doctor gave me sample of. The lady on the phone seemed rushed and informed me that I did not qualify for anything and would have to pay at 100%. I knew this didnt seem right so I called my insurance and they said the information they gave me was false and I had coverage for both glasses and contacts. I also called to have my prescription sent over to my email which was never sent. Again Dr. Jones was nice, but the front desk staff made me feel differently.

I highly recommend Smoky Hill Eye Care and Dr. Jones! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and they sell a wide variety and styles of frames. Their facility is easily accessible, up to date, warm and inviting! Dr. Jones is very thorough in his examinations and always willing to fully address any concerns and provide his insight. I recently inquired about LASIK recommendations and he took the time to have an in depth conversation with me about the LASIK procedure, risks, if I was a favorable candidate or not, and also provided several referrals for doctors who perform the procedure.

I have had glasses/contacts for over 20 years and this was the most comprehensive eye exam I have ever had. Dr. Jones exam was much more of a medical/disease screening exam compared to just getting a new prescription. The equipment is state-of-the-art and facilities are beautiful. At one point during the exam he connected his iphone to the eye exam "thingy" and took a picture of my corneal blood supply, and then was able to show me an area of concern. Staff is kind and service was excellent.

Recently visited Smoky Hill Eye Care for my yearly exam and loved it. Dr. Jones is super knowledgeable, I would definitely recommend him, especially if you need specific treatment for a pre existing condition. He explains everything in depth and makes sure to answer all your questions. The ladies in reception were also very helpful in explaining insurance and helping me pick out glasses. Would definitely recommend and will be returning again next year!

I had a really great optometrist back home in IL. Since moving 3+ years ago I havent really had my eyes examined. I chose Dr. Jones because his facility reminded me of the office back home. He was just as good, if not more thorough than my last doctor. His front desk staff were amazing and kind, and helped me understand my vision insurance. My family and I are new arrivals to Centennial and I knew the importance of a personable, highly knowledgeable optometrist. I chose Dr. Jones because I has completed the externship in ocular disease and surgical management. Externships are not required and when a member of my family had an eye emergency, Dr. Jones and his caring staff where there for us. We greatly appreciate this team. Every time I go back its like visiting close friends.

What an uncomfortable experience. Dr. Jones was nice enough, but the office staff made me uncomfortable from the minute I walked in there. Beware of an appointment too close to the end of the work day or else you will feel rushed and passive aggressively condescended. I am left with a pair of frames that Im not happy with due to miscommunication and poor customer service. I will not be returning.

I have been to several vision centers and optometrists and this place is by far the best one I have been to. Every person in that office is professional and courteous. It almost makes you happy that you need glasses/contacts. Dr. Jones is extremely patient and takes the time to make everything right. Pretty good vision isnt enough. He wants it be perfect.

The doctor is kind and professional, all the ladies who do the tests and work the front desk are great, and I love the lady who helped me pick out my frames. She helped me last year, too, and shes so nice and fun. So far I think this place is way better than Lenscrafters.
