Dr. Harvey was fantastic with our son. I was referred by another family specifically to him and they were right he was excellent. What degrades our rating is that I called and scheduled weeks ahead and shared our insurance information and they Lady that was assiting me said she was sure they were in network with our insurance. When I arrived our chart said self pay so the insurance information I shared was not ready on our chart. I provided it again and they actually checked while we were in our appointment and we were not covered at all. So an appointment I was under the impression would be covered at 100% through our insurance ended up costing us just South of $100 and we didnt know until it was to late to be undone :(.

Jessica was helpful from appointment setting to ordering contacts as she advised they accepted insurance other places didnt. She also told me of rebates for ordering a years supply plus free color contacts that were promo to my brand. Dr. Tarry was super. He was attentive and very professional. He openly addressed all questions I presented and provided all information to thoroughly address everything asked. I had no expectations going in but if I had they definitely would have surpassed them. This will be my go to eye physician as long as they are here.

I have been a patient of Dr. Harveys for many years and I appreciate the care I receive at Vision Clinic. I moved out of state a year ago and will not change eye care providers...excellent customer service, caring staff and reasonable prices. I wont take a chance on a different eye clinic because once youve had the best, you dont want to take a chance on sub-par care.
