I have been going to ABBA for a few years now and I have had nothing but the best of service from all staff members. This year I decided to have LASIK done. The "ABBA Family" as I like to call them truly took the best care of me. I was very nervous and did not know what to expect or do in setting it all up. When I expressed my desire to have LASIK done, they took care of EVERYTHING! two staff members, Jon and Chulee set up all the appointments with the Wright Eye Center, they made sure everything fit around my schedule, and always gave me the best customer service where I felt comfortable, welcome, and safe. When everything was finished and all my appointments completed, my vision is perfect. I know that when it comes to trusting people with such important things as our eyes, I can honestly say, I trust the people at ABBA! If you too want friendly or "family" service, I recommend checking out the ABBA in Fountain. When you walk in, the receptionists and everyone on the staff will greet you with a smile and do everything possible to make your experience worth while. THANK YOU ABBA FAMILY!

Can can honestly say the staff is polite and so is the doctor however this no excuse for incompetence.They gave me two appointments which that asked me to reschedule due since that had not had they necessary items to complete my follow up. That asked me to reschedule after already showing up on time an waiting ten minutes each time. When I finally got in at 1115 am appointment time I waited over and hour to see the doctor then an additional 45 minutes after he left the room for some reason .I walked out. Nobody called me after I left upset. When I called them to get a copy of my medical record so I could go to a place that will actually pay attention they told me the manger would call me the next day. Of course no call. I will never be giving abba eye care my business or time again. I went to the eye eye institute and they took much better care of me go there instead.

Front desk staff is unknowledgeable. Unable to answer simple questions which makes their presence pointless in my opinion. Like 10 people asking you to sit & wait. No regard for time or sense of urgency. Took longer than normal to receive replacement lenses, so mgr gave me complementary sunglasses which was pretty cool Ill admit & the only reason I offer 3 stars. Elisha helped me today & was really nice. Id like to see more sense of urgency and products I need sooner. I have replaceable protection & cant get the frame I desire for months. If you get a more expensive frame, you pay more, but no compensation for cheaper frames. Fair rating is a 2-3 star so I gave the higher.

Well over a month and still no lenses for my dad ! They apparently never were submitted to start with but when I call the lady on the phone flat insisted they had been delivered and my dad had them ! That alone took a weeks worth of calling because no one would call me ! Finally ask for a manager to be told the lab screwed up , a week passes .. no call , I call again to be told theres a rush on them to be in on Monday , nothing ... I call .. Wednesday they are supposed to be there and now its Friday and this has been another 2 weeks of me calling ...nothing ! My dad is 80 ! Not very patient but after a month who would be ?!?! Soooooo disappointed !

If I could rate zero stars, I would. The service was the worst I have ever experienced. The doctor was the only person that was descent, but the reception and the other staff were very rude and ignorant. When I went to pick up my contacts, they tried to make me pay for them again, when I had already paid for them during my first visit. Then someone had the nerve to say, "Well, Ill let you leave with the contacts today, but Ill be in touch if we need to collect more money from you." This was even after I showed them my original receipt. Avoid this place AT ALL COSTS.

I have used Abba for my eye care needs for several years now. But the newest facility in Fountain is not only beautiful its also conveniently located to Fort Carson and the South side of town. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They made the whole experience pleasant. I lIke being able to laugh and joke with people and they do too. Their selection of frames is incredible and if they dont have why you are looking for, they will find it.

Horrible service. Front desk doesnt know anything. Waited for my glasses over 2 weeks had to call and ask where they were. No one knew anything. They said theyd call me back the next day at noon and nothing, no callback. I had to call. Now they cant do my prescription in the frame I wanted. What a waste of time. I should have been told that right away and not had to wait 2 weeks and call myself. Smh

Abba Eyecare in Fountain exceeded my expectations. I switched to them after a poor experience at another local establishment. The front desk staff were polite and professional. Kenni and Chulee assisted me in finding the correct shape lens for my prescription. The selection was amazing. My glasses arrived early and they provided free eyeglass cleaner. I highly recommend this location.

Never called to let me know the glasses I ordered were in. Front desk staff doesnt great you, you can stand at the desk with them ignoring you. Someone from the back come out and checked me in. Doctors were really nice, but everyone else seems like they are in there own world and dont really care.

Daughters first time in glass went with recommended. Go to pick them up and get told they are to big for her script. Then they never call to say second pair is ready. One week later a nine year old broke the arm and they would not do anything to help
