I work for an optometrist office and I understand the frustrations of working with people everyday. However my experience with this optical location was beyond anything I have ever dealt with. I called this office as a courtesy to a patient in respect to her past prescriptions. I spoke to an optician named "Lance". I unfortunately needed to call the office twice within the day upon request from my boss to verify that the information I had received the first time was correct. I spoke with Lance the second time as well and I was completely appalled with the way I was spoken to that time around. For example here is something said to me: "How do you not understand what I am telling you, you keep calling me and I have already told you. What dont you get about that? I mean i expect you to know what I am saying. Stop Calling our office." I was in disbelief, I stated "Sir, I think you need to rethink the way you are speaking to me." His response was "Well mam, I dont get what is so hard about this." When I asked to speak to a manager he stated he was the manager. I then stated "If a patient were to call you twice in one day would you speak to them with such tendencies. You are being very rude to me?" his response was, "patients dont understand what I am talking about, you on the other are an optician; you arent stupid you should understand." (To be clear, I am not an optician; I am a technician for an optometrist) which i then explained to him and he replied with "Now it makes sense, you just dont know what your talking about." I found it ridiculous that I was spoken down to, as though I was stupid by another optical department. I was doing my job as requested by both my doctor and My patient. If I could give them less than one star I would. You should highly reconsider your staffs communications skills and lack of respect for other business partners and I am assuming towards your patients as well. The lady who answers the phone is wonderful, kindhearted, and respectful. But I am unable to say that for the rest of your staff.

Probably the worst location Ive ever been to for an eye exam. The doctor was really nice, I saw Dr. Riley. But the support staff was certainly lacking. After having my eye exam, they told me theyd order my trial pair of contacts for me, and call me when theyre ready to pick up. They said it would take about 5-7 days. Well, more than that amount of time passed, about a week and a half, so I call to inquire as to why its taking so long. I spoke with Judy, and she was incredibly rude and condescending, and said "when theyre ready to pick up, we will call you." She spoke to me as if speaking to a toddler, which I found thoroughly infuriating and unprofessional. It turns out, THEY NEVER EVEN ORDERED my trial pair, and were going to do so after I finally called. But Judy was so nasty and rude, I will never, ever go there again. If I have to deal with rude and incompetent support staff, you can certainly bet I will take my business elsewhere. Id avoid at all costs. They offer nothing any other optometrist cant offer you, and youll be treated horribly in the process.

I love this place! The doctors are very knowledgable and explain everything in depth. The staff treats me like I am family and remember all the details I discussed with them in the past. This practice is just what I was looking for and more. They take care of my whole family and we wont be going anywhere else. I love that they are a small business striving to survive in this corporate controlled world. If you are looking for a great Optometrist that goes the extra mile then this is the place to go.

Prices for glasses are just okay, but otherwise I had a good experience with the eye exam and glasses fitting.
