This is my 3rd year of eye care with this office in Johnstown. The staff at Dr. Schanemans office are always kind, very helpful with questions and efficient. Dr. Schaneman is very thorough and patient with the exams, makes you feel very at ease to ask questions and is thorough in his explanations and advice. I have never felt rushed in his office in any way and yet they are efficient and Im in and out in short order. The office is clean, attractive and professional, but not so over the top that you feel like your hard earn money is supporting ridiculous overindulgences.

Every year when I go to Dr. Schaneman I am reminded why I appreciate him so much. He is kind, patient, courteous, explains exactly what he is doing or expecting. This week when I told him my mothers eye problems, he said he would dilate my eyes at my convenience to check if I had the problem also, (without extra charge). Our family loves going to this office for check ups, where we feel valued and cared for personally.

I went back to contacts and Im glad I did. Precision Family Eye Care made it so easy for me. They took the time to explain everything to me and after I received my contacts I was brought back in to make sure they were just right. And they werent. I couldnt read very well. So the Doctor had another pair made for me and now I can read and see very well. Thank you Precision family. I will be back.

I have personally used Precision Family Eye Care for several years and have always received top notch service at reasonable prices. As of late they also have incorporated electronic communication with their clients via email and other routes adding even more convenience to their service. I would most definitely recommend everyone to them for all their eye care needs.

They were able to get me in the same week with my limited time availability, They saw me promptly, they handled my insurance and were in network with vsp a huge plus! up to date with technology and even took time to answer questions I had about my families eye health! They are professional and clean and I would recommend to those looking!

Very competent! The visit was quick but through, they use fairly new and advanced instruments and tools. My new eyeglasses are absolutely perfect. Everyone have been nothing but nice and I was comfortable the whole time (Im a very nervous person). And even better they are not expensive at all!
