My family and I have been going to Dr. Graf for several years. It started last year, when I went to get the glasses. Dr. Graf told me to go up front and have Raul to put me in a different kind of frame. But when I went up front, Raul stated "you dont need to be in a different frame, and didnt put me in a different one. Well this year, I went to someone else and got my eyes examined. So I took the prescription to be filled and they did fill them. But I couldnt see well out of them. So I went back to the place where I had the examination done, and was retested. Got a tweak in the prescription, and took it back to Aurora Vision Center, and told the young man Daniel, that I didnt wont to be seen by Raul because each encounter with him, has been a rude one. So my husband dropped off my new prescription. Well when I spoke to the young lady in the office, about my new prescription, she put Raul on the phone, and he stated to me that he is the owner of THE COMPANY, and he would be refunding my money and prescription. And that my family and I can take our business elsewhere. And I did let him know at that time, that yes he is rude. So now Im without glasses and being a diabetic, I really need them. I will be reporting this to 9 NEWS as well. I have no problem with Dr. Graf, because he has been nothing but helpful. But Raul is a very rude individual. Thanks Janice McPherson-Martinez

I have been a patient of Dr Graff for many years and have always had an excellent experience there. The location is bright, clean, and well stocked with any design of eyeglass ware needed. All the equipment is of the latest technology, automatic phone message reminders of appointments, as they take their business seriously. The staff has always been courteous and ready to help in any way possible. Since I wear glasses, I have worked directly with Rolf Sellman for the same number of years I have worked with Doctor Graff, and I can say Rolf has been courteous, considerate, and professional in every way. I am not sure who others are referring to as Raul, but have never met this person at this location. If you need optometry work, you will feel comfortable working with Dr Graff, Rolf, and the rest of the staff.

A wonderful experience. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They thoroughly explained everything and the optometrists employ the latest technology. Hands down the best eye care center ive visited and ive been wearing glasses since 1971! Another good experience with the good people at Aurora Vision Center. They patiently and thoroughly checked my insurance provider and offered information even though they didnt accept the new insurance. The prices for the contact exams were not that far off of using my "plan" so we just went ahead and let them exam us. They have the latest in technology yet again and explain everything very well.

I was overdue for a vision checkup. The staff at Aurora Vision Center was helpful and friendly taking care of my appointment. I had them fulfill a couple of prescriptions in the past, and was more than happy with the glasses they provided. My latest appointment ended up with me getting LASIK from Spivack Vision in Greenwood Village. From initial exam& pre-op to post-op care, I could not be happier. The staff is polite and friendly, with Dr. Graf being the star. The technology used is space age, yet the people using it are down to earth. Keep up the great work!

I agree with the previous review. They are all very disrespectful, except for the girl at reception. The man who takes care of the glasses (at the glasses section) pretty much kicked me out of the store because I couldnt find a pair of glasses that I would like from his selection. He said "We cannot help you". And that was it. I had paid up-front for glasses, and when I was told to leave the store because "they couldnt help me". Then, they wouldnt reimburse my down payment! When I finally spoke to Dr. Graff he said "Well, I supposed I can do that". J-e-r-k.

It was overall a great experience with Dr Arora. His care and attention are worth 5 stars. Other eye doctors need to take a page from his book. My one and only big complaint is the wait times. I took time out of my work day for both appointments and arrived on time and I waited an hour before each appointment before the eye exam even began. I know doctor appointment wait times are an issue everywhere but this was exceedingly long. I simply cant afford to take that much time out of my work day.

The reviews here about Raul being inconsiderate are very accurate from my experience. I ordered multiple pairs from Aurora Vision Center and though the optometrists and staff are friendly, Raul is clearly squeezing every dollar out of customers with little concern for their experience. I am taking my business elsewhere.

Dr. Webb changed my life! Ive been struggling with my vision since I was nine years old and during this time, I am now 45, not one eye doctor has helped me in the fashion he did. I cant tell you how grateful I am for his knowledge and most of all his compassion. Thank you to all who work at this office!

Wonderful service, great experience with the staff and Dr. Graff. They always take great care of me and my family. I wouldnt go anywhere else because we always get beyond awesome service. Everyone is helpful, friendly. State of the art equipment, large selection of glasses etc. Love them !!

if you do business with this company, beware of the owner hes very cunning disrespectful and seems like he wants to squeeze every dollar out of you. it seems like he wants to make you sure that hes the boss. very nice staff but very rude dude Ill take my business somewhere else

I couldnt even get in to get me eyes checked out. I scheduled an appt an when I went in for it they said they couldnt find my scheduled appt and I would have to call them at a later date to reschedule. Im already in your store WHAT THE F... Lousy
